Okay so my hamster ran out of food so I went to order her some, it’s 2 days later I checked her order and it said it was delayed and was just now being shipped so I checked again 3 days later because it still hasn’t arrived and then they said they needed to verify my billing information, but they already charged my account?! So I emailed them back and no response and so they took my money and left my hamster to starve. DONT order from them, go to petsmart or petco. They’re horrible and have poor customer service.

Multiple phone calls and multiple phone calls get me what? Charged even more money for an order delivered to the wrong address and LIES LIES LIES LIES. They shipped one one, that was broken into 2 shipments, to the wrong address. I called them. They said they fixed the issue. FedEx says they did no such thing. I called Chewy back. She said she'd resend the part of the order that was not going to be delivered to the proper address and assured me the second delivery had the correct address. FedEx said they did not have the correct address. I messages them. They assured me that they would ship a replacement to me. I get an email from FedEx stating they delivered the shipment. It was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted them again. I told them the order was delivered to the wrong address and no replacement order shows on my account. They contacted me and claimed the reshipment was "hung up" They claimed they would reship the dog food, but the cat food was now out of stock and could not be shipped. They also said they would reship the cat litter. I knew, after all this hassle it wasn't going to be this easy. I checked my CC. They charged me another $1.71 AND $20.17. FOR WHAT? Not only did I already pay them $56 dollars for the order I DON'T HAVE I'm not getting one item in the order! So they charged me more? For what? The privilege of having to contact them multiple times, being lied to and having none of what I ordered? I paid $78.05 for absolutely nothing but stress lies and bs. 🐮💩

I have a diabetic cat. Her Glucose needs to be tested daily. I ordered a Alpha Trax2 I already own a alpha trax. Not the new version. There are no test strips available for the Alpha trax. I needed to upgrade to the Alpha trax 2 to be able to buy refills. I got the wrong order, I received the Alpha Trax, the same one I have. I am now down to 2 test strips. If they send out the correct item today I will have it in time. They refuse to send it out until the package I got is returned. It is late Saturday and I cannot return until Monday. So my cat will suffer. If I could buy test strips for the unit I have I would but none are available. My cat will go days without being monitored. It will affect her health but Chewy did not care. Revision: I emailed Chewy and they shipped out my cats meter on Saturday. That is what should have happened when I called. Unfortunately it could not be taken care of with a simple phone call. But, the person that answered my email, understood my problem and helped out. Second update: I received the wrong item again. I am very frustrated.

I ordered through the pharmacy...I needed medicene for my dog to prevent car sickness on a long car trip. My order was canceled unbeknownst to me..my vet was never notified of the request, I never received an email or update from Chewy. I had to scramble on a Sat to find an open vet to get things rectified. Never ordering anything from them again.

Good luck getting them to stop flooding you with spam. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve unsubscribed.

I have used Chewy for many years. My recent experience with the way they handled my elderly, disabled sisters account was absolutely disgusting. She had signed up for auto ship and told them on numerous occasions not to draw from her account at the end of the month because she didn’t get paid until the 3rd of the month. They continued to draw from her account on the 28th and cause overdraft fees. And after she called in to complain they drew on the 27th of the next month causing two more overdraft fee. They were argumentative saying they did nothing wrong. They are taking advantage of a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income causing not to be able to pay her bills. Shame on this company. Do not sign up for their auto shipping. Any company who does this to the elderly does not deserve your business.

I order from chewys about alot .When I received my order the boxes was all beat up tore cat food spilled out in them when I called Chewy to complain they wanted me to box it up ship it back the problem with that is my strays was out of food so I'd box up that ship it back and be out even more money buying them food from the store I wouldn't recommend chewy their service has went down hill

Regarding your "connect with vet" feature. Your Google search literally days "free online vet chat". But once you go and make an account and then try to connect, suddenly it's $15. What an annoying and misleading waste of time.
