I have always received great customer service from the folks at Chewy, especially the pharmacy. We recently lost our senior dog. I canceled her prescriptions, and I received a beautiful bouquet of a dozen roses with a note two days later. I will always buy pet supplies through Chewy.

Always stellar service!!! Our sweet boy Sammy passed away so I called to cancel his prescriptions and they sent us beautiful flowers and heartfelt condolences. They are amazing 🩶

We informed Chewy that our Dog Toby had past, they reimbursed the money for his meds told me to donate it or waste it they also sent flowers for our loss, I strongly recommend chewy for all your pets needs, they are amazing.Thank you so much Amanda and all the Chewy Family

What an awesome company! I had been on auto-delivery for probiotics for my pet, Daisy. After a long, happy life, Daisy passed and I forgot about the auto-ship until I received a notice that the next shipment was being processed. I contacted Chewy via email to let them know that I no longer needed the product and they were not only able to cancel the future auto-ship but also immediately cancelled the pending one! On top of that, I opened my door the very next day to a flower delivery sent by Chewy with their sympathies. If they didn't have my heart before, they do now!

Chewy is amazing at customer service. Unfortunately, our family dog passed away yesterday and they made it so easy to cancel the auto ship and even refunded us. What really blew me away was that they sent flowers to us the very next day. Such an amazing caring company.

Chewy is such an amazing company. My cat recently passed and they sent condolence flowers. It was truly heart warming. I have since adopted a new cat and she is very picky with what she eats. I asked if I could return some items for different cat food and they fully refunded the food my cat would not eat and asked that I donate it to a shelter. This is above and beyond customer service. What an amazing company. Highly recommend. I will not show anywhere else.

Chewy has always been responsive to our every question. In fact, when its employees learned that we had recently lost one of our furry kids, an employee immediately sent us a condolence email. Chewy’s policies regarding customer service should be a model for other companies. I recently received a new bag of dog food. My dog became sick possibly due to the food. Chewy overnighted me a new bag no charge. As a retired vet tech, I have heard many different stories about how great this company is.
