This was my first and last order with Chewy. I was told it would arrive on Thursday, but then moved back to Friday and then moved back to Monday. On Monday I was told it was delivered, but it isn't here. I called customer service and after being put om hold a couple of times "'while we check this out," I was told they don't know what happened and offered to reship the prescription t me again. I was down to three pills left and asked for overnight delivery. They refused. I cancelled the order and the subscription, demanded my money back and will buy from a local vet from now on. Chewy is not trustworthy!

I’ve always had a great experience with chewy until now. I have a 17 year old 4lb yorkie who is on prescription Medication. After my vet approved the medication, I called chewy to assure I would get it on time. When I was told of arrival time, I asked if I could pay to expedite the shipping option and I was told no and there is nothing they can do (this was Friday morning before it was shipped). Item shipped Saturday night, and will not get to me till Wednesday. I’ve called since to see if they can use my prescription on file to give me 2 days worth of medication (one single pill) until I receive my shipment. I was able to find one local pharmacy who carried it and they refused since my vet prescribed 10 pills and 10 were sent. Options were given to cancel my order and transfer the medication which will only delay me being able to get it. The pharmacist and staff are completely inhumane and like robots. I’m a healthcare provider myself and I’m beyond disgusted that first, shipment of a medication would take so long, second, the refusal to change the shipping option to a faster route even despite wanting to pay for it before it was shipped and Third, to refuse to dispense a single pill (which 10 or 11 pills would make zero therapeutic difference) even though they have a prescription at hand to see that. Instead all they can provide is options which will only delay availability of the medication to a sick dog which time is the issue in the first place- zero compassion or common sense.

Today I had to look for a place for my dog to get medication so she won’t die.My dog has a heart murmur. I have ordered the medication twice from them. I ordered medication beginning of the week on Monday. Sunday last of dogs medication. I called and asked were is my medication. They said I might get it Monday. But probably Tuesday. Mondays a holiday. So they said we can find a pharmacy to take medication. They couldn’t find pharmacy open on weekend. They then said that I could go to emergency room and of course I would pay for the appointment and X-ray because it’s a heart murmur. Chewy will not give me the prescription either. So I’m screwd! Chewy put my dogs life at risk and now I have to figure out how to get medication on a weekend so my dog won’t die.

I bought 117$ worth of things 1 being a dog nerf gun…. That day me and my dog went out to the dog park to play it broke that same day called Custer service to get a new 1 they refused and said they would refund me here it is more then a month later no refund nor nerf gun customer service was very rude and had no clue what she was doing I am a 1st time shopper and I will Neverrrrrr shop again

A friend of mine suggested this website since I just adopted a new kitten. So I decided to give it a try. I found the cutiest little baby blue collar and ordered it. I then provided all the necessary information such as payment, mailing address ect. Was so exciting and was thrilled I found this website for all my pets need. However a couple days later I received a call from a representative telling me to confirm my mailing address. So I provide it again and verify the account over the phone. Then the next day the same thing happens and it was quite frustrating. At this point I told him to cancel the order as this was very suspicious. Very unpleased with this site and would not recommend it. Definitely not returning.

This used to be a Great Company to order my stuff for my cat and dog until I gifted a gift card to a friend and they kept getting the email address wrong so she never received her gift card. I decided to just have them credit back my account so I could just send her a check instead! Chewy refuses to credit me back! How professional is that??

I have been a member of chewy for about 10 years. It was a very good company until recently. My new vet for some reason doesn’t participate with chewy. They gave me a prescriptions for Me to Mail To Chewy . I sent it to the pharmacy in Kentucky. After a week I called In To see if the Letter arrived. The girl on the phone couldn’t help me. I called again still didn’t get there. After about three weeks it came back to me. On The envelope it said that it was Denied by Chewy. I called chewy and the lady told me to send it priority mail. She told me that’s what Chewy was doing and I would be reimbursed for my $8.95. I sent the letter to the same exact address that I sent the first one. After two weeks I called Chewy To see what was going on. The lady told me that they had the letter and that they were going to fill The prescription for me. After a couple days I called back I didn’t receive it yet. This lady told me that the pharmacist couldn’t find my letter. I already paid for it. Well this whole thing was taking five weeks. I canceled my order I did get my money back. I am done with chewy. I will not use you again

I don't know whats going on with Chewy.com but for the last 3 months in a row my order has been late. The first month was a couple days late the second month a week late now this month they took my payment 3 weeks ago and my dogs are out of food! Usually got my order two days after they took payment now they just take payments and don't send the food. So I'm on my way to the grocery store to buy dog food after I already paid for my dog food from chewy! About to cancle all together!!
