Be real careful when talking to these fake pharmacy liars.....my pet weighs 6 oz over the limit for revolution flea medicine. these clowns tried telling me that giving my a double dose because of 6 extra oz of weight was not only ok, but they lied about the 11 to 22 lb range wasnt double the dose from the 5 to 11 lb dose......the liars that i spoke with lack comprehension, math and common sense skills

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I can't think of another company that has made so many mistakes on a simple order - I just got off the phone with the 5th supervisor I've spoken with (all of whom promised that the problems were corrected but Chewy still continued to cancel my orders). I've NOW WASTED 6 HOURS AND 13 MINUTES dealing with these morons. Will never subject myself to this kind of frustration again, there are lots of other more efficient and responsible pet supply companies out there. Btw, know that if you've had a problem with them and are less than happy, they could care less.

Ordered the wrong medicine for my dog, called less than two hours later to cancel the order. Was told it could not be done! Received email stating product was shipped an hour later. I advise buyer beware. Will not be doing anymore business with chewy!!!!!!

Warning! Don't use this website for their pharmacy. They will not ship your pet's medications on time. My poor dog has diabetes and relies on insulin and this is the 2nd time that she will have to go with without doses.

Customer service is lacking as a prescription was sent over for my pet. They couldn’t verify it with the vets office cuz they had a couple of locations that had different hours……normal business hours and emergency hours. Well it took over a week so I decided to call. I was in the phone with them being bounced around for over an hour. No compassion or anything. This is totally unacceptable as chewy had both my email and phone number on file if there were any issues. Instead it just sat on someone’s desk until I called. I have used Walmart for my prior pets prescription and it is night and day. Walmart is like a regular human pharmacy that gets back to either the vets office or the client in a timely manner.

I been with chewy for awhile now but lately the shipping has been horrible. I placed an order for food it usually take 1 or 2 for shipping now its taken a week out. For this matter it's more expense on me I had to go out a buy at another pet store. So please if you are ordering food for your pets beware .

I write to you completely exasperated, irate, writhing in pain since I am covered in fireant bites. As are my 3yr old child and 3 dogs. Once again, my dog food arrived completely infested in fireants. Now, so is my home even after spending 3hrs trying to clean them out. This same thing happened to me in Oct. It is apparent that your warehouse is being careless unloading these since i am finding box cutter slits in the bags and the boxes are then not shipped completely sealed. This was the final straw. I am done with chewy. The savings have become negligible, if even at all, and I will not shake this horrific experience any time soon. My poor son has been whimpering and scratching all night. Please process a refund immediately. This was the final straw- good bye chewy. I hope you step it up for the next potential victims sake.

Chewy treats their employees unfairly! They dehumanizing them by ringing a cow bell when their lunch breaks are done. Stop treating them like cogs in a machine or numbers on a sheet. I wanted to try chewy because of the convenience so this is a real let down..do better chewy.
