We love Chewy! They have excellent customer service, toys, beds, and products our dogs love and so do we! The service is what really stands out. I’ve asked to return various things over the years due to a change in my dog’s diet or health and every single time Chewy’s team credits our card and then asks us to donate what we bought to a local shelter. most compassionate understanding people i have ever dealt with! I lost one of my pups and had to cancel his perscription order which was shipping that day. Not only were they wonderful on the phone and took care of cancelling the order, a few days later, flowers and sympathy card showed up at my door. I was totally shocked. I have had pups for over 45 years now, and have used Chewy for years, they have a customer for LIFE!

Have been getting autoships of dog food for years and occasionally other products. Rarely have any issues. On the rare occasion that I need to contact them, they respond immediately, without hesitation to rectify my problem. Their prices are competitive. I could not ask for more.

Absolutely love this company. Made my first purchase and I mistakenly read dimensions wrong so the cage I ordered was absolutely perfect condition and material but it was too big for the space I wanted it in. I reached out to customer service and in minutes got a response to help me out. Will now be a regular customer!
