I purchased Heartworm medication from Chewy -- a 6 month supply. I set up an autoship. I received my product in April then in May they sent another 6 month supply -- this product has a shelf life so it will be no good by the time I need it. I contact Chewy to return the second supply (unopened) they gave me the runaround telling me I needed to go through their pharmacy. It turns out Chewy autoselected an autoship sequence not me. Doing a charge back through Visa -- won't order from Chewy again. Same product & sometimes better pricing available thorugh Amazon anyway.

Wish I could rate less than one. My account was charged for two different orders. The first was for two items. I received one. After calling customer service they shipped the other. The second order was allegedly shipped on April 30 and to arrive May 6. When I tracked the item it showed it had never been shipped but customer service said it had. On May 9 I called customer service again as the item had not arrived. I was told the item had been lost by the carrier and they ship another that day. Then they said it was out of stock and they would refund the purchase price in 3 to 5 days. I don’t think it was ever shipped. I was surely lied to twice. I immediately ordered the item on Amazon for a comparable price. NO MORE CHEWY.COM

site is a joke commercial shows next day shipping or 3 rd day not 5 days ordered dog food and need it could wait 2 days but now 5 days what a joke ordered 60+ dollars thinking it would be here called said 5 days never order again !!!

I got charged for an auto-ship I canceled a long time ago. I have requested a refund but it's been a week and I never heard back from them. When I contact them by chat they just close the chat. It's the worst website. Don't buy anything with them. They will charge you without your authorization. order : 1192841442

Not only will they bill you in advance then cancel your order 3 days later but if your not careful they will double charge you , and if you go to ebay you can find the same supplies cheaper but they don't charge you for what they don't have

My account has been hacked 2x in the last few weeks via Chewy.com. In both instances my CC was stolen and tremendous damage was done! Chewy has NO INTEREST NONE !! THEY HACE NO WAY TO SECURE YOUR ACCT. I JUST CALLED POSED AS MYSELF AND THEY RELEASED ALL MY INFO INCL MY CURRENT ORDER WITH ONLY MY TELE # !!!! THIS CO IS NOT SAFE TO DO BIZ WITH! PROCEED @ YOUR OWN RISK THERE IS NO CUST SERVICE. HORRIBLE COMPANY HAS GONE TO CRAP !!! In addition I was told by a supervisor this is happening ALL the time daily calls from customers hacked Chewy has no intention of making changes or securing their website and they admit it.

Chewy's customer service has definitely declined. And radically. Had ordered all of our dogs' medications on auto ship every 60 days, then started to receive them back to back. One 60-day order was filled and billed within only 4 days of the other! And each order was $179. When I initially called to say I had received 3 orders and was notified a 4th one was coming, called and requested it be stopped. It arrived anyways. When I tried to call and have it returned or credited (and sent photos with fill dates so they could see that they had made a mistake), was told it wasn't an 'authorized return' and they wouldn't do anything. Our vet would never authorize 240 days of medication within 2 months! In spite of calls, letters and emails, nothing has happened on Chewy's end and I therefore can no longer trust them for pharmaceutical needs. Consumers be wary! Wildly unfortunate, but also highly unethical.

I have been a customer of Chewy.com for 5 years. I placed all my pet’s needs through chewy.com. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend chewy.com. The customer service that I new and loved has dramatically declined. I have started using Amazon for my pet’s need.
