I was shocked to see that there were negative reviews when I read through them. I have used chewy for years with different pets. If I ever had any issues they always took care of it quickly. I am also surprised that people put all the blame of shipping on chewy when they have a tracking no. They did their part. That should be at the fault of the shipping company. I also understand the verification because of people taking advantage of chewy promotions because of the way people are today. I recently lost my fur baby and they told me to donate my shipment and they gave me a refund and I too received beautiful flowers from them. That was above and beyond in my opinion.

I had the misfortune of having to return prescription medication for my pet, my boy of 16 years who passed away, and I received a beautiful floral arrangement a few days later from Chewy. I can’t tell you what that meant to me. This company goes above and beyond.

I’ve been a 3 year chewy customer for my sweet girls dog food. I changed my auto ship to come early then noticed if I ordered 1 big bag it was much cheaper than 2 17# bags. Oops I ordered wrong and realized what I did. I called and got to Jessica and apologized for ordering wrong, told her I had just lost my husband and was not thinking right, she was so kind. That was 4 days ago. Today I received flowers from Jessica and Chewy. So thoughtful!!! They will have a life long customer for sure. I’ve never had a problem with auto ship/ chewy even living in a motorhome for 3 years and a different shipping address every month. Always find us or they make it right.

We have been a Chewy customer for years and we love it! Friendly staff. We have dogs and cats. Chewy has a lot of different top brands of dog and cat food. A ton of beds, toys and so much more! I highly recommend Canidae for all life stages and probiotic chews.

When my dog was diagnosed with cancer I contacted Chewy for the food my vet recommended. Not only was the Chewy team patient when I was lacking composure they assisted in a quick turn when I was in need. I could not ask for a better experience with Chewy.

I have been using Chewy of years for our dog Riley , for all various products they offer including perceptions, they have always been amazing , but I was unaware of how amazing they were until recently our Riley passed 😢 and when I contacted Chewy to close down the 3 autoships I had with them not only did they help right away the girl was so comforting understanding of our loss. She even refunded our last perception refill because it never had a chance to be used , to my surprise the following day we received flowers from Chewy for Riley. It meant so much to us that a company cared so much for our loss, I am forever a Chewy customer ,and when the time comes to welcome a new member someday, I look forward to continuing my Chewy relationship.. Thank you Chewy you are more then just a business.

We have been using chewy for years with absolutely no problems ever. They are fast and efficient but the thing that is so amazing about them is our dog passed about a week ago and they have gone above and beyond in comforting us and recognizing our loss. I don’t know any other company that would do as much!! we are a client for life

I order the food on- line and it arrives the next day at my door step. This is a great company!
