Horrible Pulled the bait and switch. I ordered 6 month supply from an agent. Took over half hour and she quoted me a price for 6 month supply heartguard and 6 month supply flea and tick. Got only 3 month flea and tick. Calling they said I can buy 3 more months. Ridiculous price for only 3 months I would not have made the original purchase if they hadn’t lied. I was told 6 months for that price so I bought it. Had I known it was 3 I would have looked for a different less expensive product They cheated me.

Have been buying from Chewy for a long time. Was very happy with them till now. I received a coupon for 20 % off for prescription products. The food I buy is prescription and can not get it without the vet, they said that doesn't count, was very rude and hung up. What a shame.

Loved Chewy for years. Wish I could of stayed. They have great prices and up tell today had great service. The reason I had to switch is because they use FedEx and the driver for this area likes to leave my orders wherever he feels like. Like today was down the alley on the street. I need the boxes actual delivered to my front door, my home. Chewy has tried to resolve this along with me, but FedEx dosen't seem to care. I wrote an email to Chewy saying, that there was another issue today and I would need to find I new pet food supplier, not because of them but because of FedEx and how I was sad. Now Chewy replied with cancelations of all my orders, with included my pets medications, without even reaching out to me. Like I haven't even had a chance to look into a new company, yet transfer over scripts. They staright up slammed the door in my face. I guess Chewy and FedEx are one of the same two companies that care nothing about whos actual paying their bills (the customers). So freaking sad.

I have been a customer of Chewy for many, many years! Today was the first time I received nasty customer service. I had fraud, someone cleared my bank account so all of my credit cards were frozen. I had to call chewy to tell them I had no way to pay them to freeze my order. The woman on the phone was sarcastic and nasty to me! This was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Chewy has changed.

Placed an order for a crate to keep my cat in while he recovers from surgery. Wanted to try Chewy, give business to someone other than Amazon. Evidently that was a mistake. Got an email that my "information needed to be verified". So I called, gave the information they asked for on the phone, and thought that'd be that. Following day, received the same email and that my order would be cancelled if I didn't get it taken care of. So, I called again, again provided the information needed. Today my order was cancelled. I have no idea what was missing, what the issue was. I've made multiple orders using the same information, shipping info and PayPal payment info, in the past week alone. My cat needs the space to recover safely, so now I'll have to go to Amazon to get it on time.

I've been buying from Chewy for 4 years, until today. My last order of $140 of canned pet food was delivered to an empty house next door, where the box was left outside for days. This happened once before, and I was told to discard the cans because they were damaged and unsafe for pets. Chewy then sent me a replacement. Today, I was told that I had to to return the cans before receiving a replacement. I asked the customer service agent if the damaged food was going to be resold, and she just said it was the "new policy." I told her that I would be returning the items for a refund, but that I did not want any replacement. Why are they reselling damaged pet food??? I have spent thousands with Chewy over the past 4 years, including auto-buying this $140 order every 3 weeks. If they didn't believe me, I would rather they just not refund me at all then to be reselling damaged pet food. I have cancelled all of my auto-ship orders from Chewy and will no longer be buying from them.

Multiple calls and emails to place a simple order. Also I was overcharged and then had to make more calls. Not happy with Chewy.

My experience with the Autoship feature for pet food from Chewy was terrible. I set my delivery timeframe at 21 days. Which would result in me having 4 cans of dogfood left over every single delivery (2 days worth of food). First order was received within a couple of days of setting up autoship. Second order was set to deliver after 21 days but I didn't receive it until day 23. No biggy, I planned ahead and had that 2 extra days of food from the first order and was told by customer service this is not typical and I will receive my orders going forward on day 21 each time. Fast forward 24 days and I still didn't receive the next order. So I contact service who suggests that I really should budget 3 extra days of food and adjust to a 20 day cycle. So we do that. My next order after making that change has not even processed yet and it is day 22 now and I contacted service and they said I will not receive it until the 25th day. Despite my window being 20 days. Customer service was rude, slow, and did not read my words when I typed to them. They made no effort to save me as a customer. I have cancelled my autoship from Chewy. I recommend you stay away too.
