I wasn't even asked to submit a review but the level of customer service I received from REAL PEOPLE on chat and on the phone (a few days ago) was EXCEPTIONAL! Both phone and chat answered promptly. No recordings. No robots. Granted this was my first order but I did have to exchange something I purchased and they couldn't have made it easier or more pleasant. I hope the customer service, if needed, continues as I become a more frequent buyer. I can highly recommend Chewy.com

I have never in my life experienced this level of customer care. I use that word intentionally because they genuinely care. We lost our 11 year old English Bulldog this past June. Not only did they show me compassion but they went above and beyond to make the refund process as painless as possible and after coming home the next day I received a beautiful floral arrangement with such a warm note. I cannot thank them enough and want to tell everyone about what a truly wonderful company they are. A true rarity in the days we are living in.

This is why I love Chewy. I let them know about the death of my dog so they would take her off my information. They would send her a birthday card every year. Well, today they sent me a bouquet of flowers for my loss. They are amazing!

I just lost my German Sheppard Crash. He was 12 and had hip dysplasia and got to the point where he could not stand or walk. We assisted him to cross the Rainbow Bridge as we could not let him suffer in pain any more. Chewy actually sent me a beautiful aggangement of flowers with a most thoughtful note. Chewy always delivered my dogs insulin on time. I never ran out and it was awesome. It saved me trips to the vet which was 30 minutes away. After my Jack passed away they sent me flowers. I have never had a company give such compassionate care at a time like this. It was amazing. Thank you Chewy. If I ever get to where I can have another pet you will be my source of per care products

Chewy treated us kindly when we were permitted to return unopened prescription medication from our beloved dog who passed away. We were refunded for the medicine, and to our surprise, we just received a dozen long stem yellow roses in sympathy for the loss of our pet. How kind! 🐾💕
