Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Everything on this site is very reasonably priced. Nice variety of things to choose from, and the delivery was quite prompt. My only issue was that my 4 items came in 2 seperate packages and were shipped and delivered on different days.

Happy with Chewy.com customer service i hate the courier service they are using to delivery the package (ontrack) if its not misdelivered, damage, late package will arrive to you. I think they will throw your package. I hate how they careless. Worst customer service. I am fed up with their crap service. I hope chewy.com change their courier.

Chewy.com has the most fabulous customer service. My darling cat, Pullo, had to be put to sleep less than a week ago. In the time of Covid-19 I had purchased a couple of additional bags of food not, of course, imagining he wouldn't be around to enjoy it. I cancelled my subscription order with Chewy and received the most heartfelt condolence email within a day of letting them know I didn't need the food any more. Their actions just made me feel a bit better which, when social distancing in the time of Covid-19 and losing a dearly loved pet, was quite a feat. Thank you Chewy.com for understanding and considering the wider pet community.

Overall I like Chewy.com. They have a great selection of pet item, I buy food and toys regularly. Their price is reasonable and shipping is fast and free with a minimum purchase. HOWEVER, about 1 in 6 boxes I receive have some type of shipping damage due to packing that looks like a 6 year old did it. They routinely pack crushable items in the same box with heavy items without any packing inside. This causes the smaller items to get crushed by the bigger ones as the box goes through shipping and delivery. That said, their customer service is quick to resend the damaged item but it is a hassle to have to call customer service every 6th box. I'd give them 5 stars if they'd fix their packaging.

Overall, Chewy.com is great. Unfortunately the dry cat food I need is out of stock so I decided to try another flavor of the same cat food. This was also out of stock. You need to let customers know when items that are out of stock will be available for online ordering. I don't want to order a different food since I do not know if my cat will eat it. She is picky.

I love chewy. But what I don't understand is you are on Auto ship you should be guaranteed to get this order every month right or am I just crazy? Every time I do Auto-Ship something goes wrong! This happens on Greenies all the time! I can see if you just singed up that month but man this is my 2nd month. I did get it before as well and I was on it for over a year and then it happened that I could not get them because they are out of stock. Not sure why there is Auto-Ship if it doesn't work like that.!

i usually love chewy, especially for my cats food and litter its easy to load him up on food and litter and get free shipping. Horse stuff is a little pricy and not a lot of great options but i understand its not a horse store. horse items are the same price if not a little pricier than TSC or another local farm store and i understand the convenience is part of the price. however i have had it happen twice now that i have been double charged for an order and reached out to customer service via email and they never respond back. i think its kinda crappy they have "24 hour service" but they can't even shoot you a "we have received your email and are investigating" auto email within 24 hours. i love the convenience of chewy but if i risk getting charged overdraft fees from being double billed and it not fixed within 24 hours i will just drive to the store.

Chewy offered free prescription treats with each of the foods ordered. Price was the same, both offered free shipping. When my product arrived today very poorly packaged with a bag of dry food torn open and the kibble looking suspiciously moldy/tainted and minus the free-with-purchase advertised items, one customer service representative single-handedly assured I will never shop Chewy.com again. Alexander, the customer service representative I spoke with, was quite flippant about the problems experienced with this shipment. His lack of empathy, poor customer service skills, lack of a resolution of any sort to the problems I experienced and blatant lack of care for the customer or the pets they serve has cemented my decision that Chewy.com does not deserve a fourth chance and I promptly canceled future autoships of the products I will need for the lifetime of my pet. My first shipment from Chewy.com was also poorly
