Chewy is great, but will never order sgain unless they stop using fedex for delivery. I’ve had more orders than I can count either lost, late or received mangled. Unbelievable that they continue to use this carrier.

Chewy cancelled an auto ship order for a medication for my senior dog. I just got off the phone with a customer service representative where I was trying to get an explanation for what happened. The whole thing was beyond frustrating and there was little effort to help. I was told to go in and place a new order. I had heard rave reviews about Chewy's customer service in past years. All I can say is - no more. Update.. after sending an email complaint to Chewy, I was offered an apology for the mix-up and given a discount on the order. My review was probably too harsh.

I recently ordered from them when 1800PetMeds decided to double their prices for one medication my pet is on. Was $60 and now is $120 so went to Chewy.com and and they had a lot of problems to get in contact with the Vet and yet I never have problem to contact the vet and then they said the vets licencs on file was expired and yet the Vet Receptionist said they just sent on over several medications to Chewy for this Vet and No problem however not sure why my order had to be greatly delayed. Not only that when I log back into Chewy.com I see they too doubled the price for this medication. Makes me feel like they really wanted to delete my order because they used lame reasons to try so hard to cancel my order in my opinion. Their online chat is super easy and someone jumps on chat right away. I am not happy with the medication doubling in price. Its not fair. I doubt the cost to these companies is double. I bet this company is owned by 1800 PetMeds.com because they are both located in Florida.

Chewy is awesome! They're contracted shipping company is terrible (FedEx). Delivery scheduled for Dec. 19th (I was out of town). Paid for a delivery change. Every day since they state it will be delivered the next day. It's Dec. 23rd and no package. FedEx has not been responsive. I've spent the last 3 days at home for a package while my holiday errands remain undone.

How in the world are you going to give me a discount for auto ship for a six-month Supply product, and then charge my account six weeks after for another 6 months Supply. I despise online shopping and I despise your company now. You will not refund me because you've already sent the product out in the wee hours between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. when you thought nobody was going to catch it. Now two weeks after heart surgery and a heart attack I can't work for another 6 weeks and you've taken $150 of my GoFundMe money to help me survive. I will never buy another product from you again!

They never have deals (even black Friday deals) for anything but cat's and dog's. It's absolutely ridiculous. Every coupon is for a cat or dog. Small and exotic pet's are far mor common than they apparently think. Disappointing for how much money I have spent with them.

Multiple times I have received an order multiple days late. Currently waiting on an order that has "no expected delivery date". Supposed to be delivered on the 17th. Usually great but this month has been awful

I always ordered on time..the delivery took 1 or 2 days maximum 3 but now takes 5 to 6 days
