terrible company, false advertising. i ordered pet supplies and they didn't ship for a week. i had hoped they would deliver promptly because i needed them asap, but they never even sent the thing i ordered. i went to a pet store and eventually got the thing i needed and figured i wouldn't be upset about having two of them, but after a week and a half of waiting i just canceled the order.

I would give it a zero, did everything by the book waited over a week and still didn't ship, called them they transfer me, then call this number, then transfer me, and still waiting, oh yea and over price by at least $25 then elsewhere, stay away, I will never buy anything from them, oh yea in the mean time my dog 🐕 is hungry

Chewy's dropped the ball on my prescription for my cat. I ordered his medication on June 8th, my vet verified that they sent the fax back on the 9th, but Chewy's made no attempt to contact me that something was wrong or that they never received the fax. When I contacted Chewy's on June 16th, they went ahead and faxed a new request on the 17th of June, but then went ahead and cancelled my order today, the 20th, because they didn't receive the prescription. 10 business days to rectify this situation but they didn't. I had to place a new order, and this time I had my vet reach out to them to get his prescription over to get his medication.

I'm sure that no one will read this review but for those who do...Beware!!! I had food and cat litter delivered yesterday and flies came flying out of the box!! I have killed three and just killed another one. I hope to god there aren't larvae on what I bought. Disgusting!

If I could give it negative stars I would… BEWARE: do not set up an account online they have zero internet protection and if your account gets hacked they do not care and they have worst costumer service.. we had to dispute charges with PayPal and our credit card company even though we caught it right away and they could have stopped it from going through..

I had used Chewy for a few years for various items but today I was fully disgusted for their wilful intention to mislead customers. The displayed price for the item I wanted = $29.54/case. I was ordering two cases, so it should it $59.08. I also had $15.00 gift card I was redeeming. So, the subtotal should be $44.08. But, not so. This is Chewy's calculation. The real price for the item I want is $37.04, though it's NOT shown. Two cases of my item is $92.04. I asked Chewy why? Their response is: the displayed price is not the true price and the sales price is $37.04. Then the $15 gift card I was redeeming? Yeah, they gave me $15 off, but they also added a $15 gift card as a purchase item. So, it's not really a gift card. You get $15 off but you purchase another gift card at $15. Still, something wrong with their math of $92.98: $37.04 x 2 + 15 = $89.04. I can't quite figure out their math. Regardless, Chewy's business tactics with displaying misleading price and adding an item inconspicuously is not only morally wrong but legally criminal. I am writing this review to warn people to watch out Chewy's bad business tactics.

I ordered a product on June 15, on the next day- June 16 I attempted to cancel the order due to a change from the vets recommendation. Chewy did not refund because the product was "in transit". The product is NOT in our possession but policy is that once it is in transit, it purchased with not option to return- We will NEVER use Chewy again.

I ordered 6 months worth of Nexgard and HeartGuard for my dog, which I received. These medications are pricey but necessary, $180+. I had set up an auto ship for 6 months. A week after I received the first order, I received another order for 6 months worth of meds, for another $180+. I contacted the pharmacy and even though they admitted it was their error, they said it was their policy not to take returns of medication. I understand that, but again, they admitted it was their error. I have contacted them numerous times now and they are just ignoring my requests for a refund. I have not opened the package and am ready to return the package untouched. This is the first time I have ever had any issues with Chewy and I've been a good customer for 5 years. Very disappointed.
