Chewy customer service goes above and beyond. When my dog passed they refunded a few of my recent purchases without any questions, and didn’t even ask that I send them back. What a great company. Thank you!

When you love your pets you want quality, cost effective items from food to meds to bedding. I have become a recent shopper on Chewy and am so grateful... even their customer service is above and beyond my expectations. I utilize autoship for Twinkie's needs. What a caring company! I have used Chewy for years for my cats and dog. When my dog died suddenly, I needed to cancel an auto ship. Not only did they write a lovely note, they refunded my last order of dog treats, most of which I hadn’t even opened. I Will donate this order to my local shelter. WAIT: there’s more. Chewy then sent me beautiful remembrance flowers. First Class!

Ordered 50 dollars' worth of food for my cat. When UPs delivered it, they never knocked on my door, so the large box of food was stolen. Called Chewy and the next day they send me a whole new order no charge. I have used Chewy in the past and was always very satisfied but now they have a lifetime customer.
