I've ordered from Chewy many times in the past. Honestly, I think their prices are a bit high but I think that's just the world these days, and nothing exclusive to them. The thing that impresses me the most about Chewy is this, though - I live in a semi-rural small town where I expect things to take a little longer to ship than they do in other places. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have ordered something from Chewy, it shows up the VERY next day. Even if that day is on a weekend. I am always impressed and happy to have an easier way to get my heavy items like cat food and litter.

I let my autoship slip through while dealing with the death of my mom. Chewy had already credited me for some dog food I couldn’t use because it made my girls itch. They credited me again after I reached out to them. They have THE BEST customer service. Thanks Chewy.

I had two prescriptions that I ordered for my elderly cat, one of which was compounded (made to order). Soon after my latest shipment arrived we had to put our 19 year-old cat down. I called to to ask that they not send anymore medicine. They were extremely friendly and even refunded the latest payment! I hadn’t expected them to do that. And then the next day I received an arrangement of flowers from them! Their PR department gets an “A+” from me. If I ever adopt another furry friend I will definitely order from Chewy.

I got a new puppy and ordered puppy stuff off of chewy puppy food, pee pads, toys, etc. chewy sent me a little card about how sweet it is when adding a new family member, hat with some tennis balls. How sweet? I’ve ordered a ton from chewy and they’ve always gone out of their way to make their customers happy!

Last 6 years, and 3 fur babies, we have been using Chewy. Always great products. And amazing customer service. My last furbabie,passed 2 months ago. We just recently adopted a new addition. Purchased a few items, and wanted to update our profile. I mentioned we no longer had, Lulu, with us, please update to Layla Belle, her age, etc. Two day's later, light knock on door and lady holding flowers. They were from Chewy, with a very sweet card for our loss. I have never, in my 71 years heard of such. My own Vet., after years treating our pets, and putting them all to forever sleep, never sent flowers, a card, yes. And, they are purple and red, my favorite color, purple. I was so overwhelmed with emotion. It was the kindest gift.

I needed to cancel auto delivery & go back to one time purchase temporarily due to change of cards b/c of dam🦫 hackers & scam artists! Be very aware of PayPal phishing email scams about time of year which was & continues to be a very unpleasant experience to say the least for around the tune of $1000. Praise God, Jesus has settled the score in my favor since vengeance is His! Anywho, it only took a little computer knowledge on my part for me to go into settings & update my payment method as I had inadvertently failed to do this time around. Really, it was as painless as my dentist & now my fur babies are happy, happy, happy & so is their mom! Chewy earned an A+, gold ⭐️, 😊once again!

I love the wide variety of products. The prices are good. Anytime you need help, you can call. They have very good customer service.

Truly a company I would love to be part of. They really do care about you and your pets. When my cats passed away I had just received my winter allotment of Prescription foods, along with proscription meds and 10plus cases of liter. They went above my expectations when it came to returns and really blew my mind when I received flowers and a personalized card from them. It will be awhile until my heart is ready to open up to another fur baby… but when I do.. I guarantee I will be contacting Chewy again!!! I cannot give enough praise to this company!!!
