Our dog passed and to our surprise Chewy sent us flowers and a condolence letter. It was so beautiful it made me cry what a thought jester! It was so kind!

Chewy is the BEST!🏆 You can find anything you need for your pets and guaranteed to be of high quality. I’ve been using Chewy for my pets needs, from toys, treats, foods to prescriptions. Their customer service is superb! When my cat “Katy kitten” passed, I called them to update upcoming prescriptions. They immediately took care of everything with condolences. The following day I received a beautiful little bouquet of flowers!🌼 Thank you Chewy for taking care of my pets and sending your care for my loss of Katy🐈‍⬛😢♥️💕

I have used chewy.com for several years for my 3 dogs and have consistently received excellent quality and service and they have even sent our pups birthday cards and deals as a special touch.This year in the last 6 months 1 by 1 for different health issues we lost all 3 of our fur babies, the last one just last week. Because I am not tech smart at all and probably more because I am grieving I couldn't figure out how to delete our account as we don't require service so I called customer service for help. I received quick and so very kind help for the task at hand and yet again staff went above and beyond sending flowers and the sweetest card to our home. I have been purchasing products from Chewy for over 10 years. The customer service is always outstanding and they will do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. This is definitely the exception these days when it comes to customer service. I definitely recommend Chewy! They have great products at the best price.

We had ordered a senior care dog food that was highly recommended for our Irish Wolfhounds. Unfortunately, something in the food caused a skin reaction resulting in itchy, red skin. We looked at other reviews on the Chewy site and found out that other pet parents had had the same experience. We added our experience about the food. We didnt ask to return the food. In less than 24 hours, Chewy reached out to us, apologized for the experience, and included return labels for the extra 2 bags of food we could not use. THIS IS WHAT CUSOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!!!

I've used Chewy for several years both for my cat and my dog. I receive my orders within 2 days promptly! If there is an issue, their staff is kind, polite and very helpful and always fixes the problem. I accidently ordered vests for my dog too small and rather than have me return them, they said to keep them and donate them! THEY ARE THE BEST COMPANY!!!!

I placed an order Nov. 8. Today is the 10th and it's here already. I live in a small town in Wyoming. A large online company that touts 2 day delivery gets it here in a week. It's great knowing I can save money with Chewy and get my 'princess' her turkey tendons and food.

Thank you Chewy for the beautiful flowers I received from you, regarding the passing of my cat. I had to call and changed my order and speaking with Kristina that my one cat passed away that day and it was so devastating and heartbroken for my family. She was so kind and caring.
