Chewy customer service will say they will help with an issue and then do nothing. They pack boxes with litter togetherwith food and of course things get destroyed in shipping. When you ask for help they pass you to the next person. Typical rock bottom so just order with petsmart, at least they know how to pack a box.

PHARMACY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Carprovet 100mg from Dechra does not identify country of origin or manufacture. The label states that this product is MANUFACTURED FOR - NOT MANUFACTURED BY Dechra. I talked to a pharmacist at Chewy & was told that they did not know the country of origin for their prescriptions & I needed to contact Dechra to find out. I researched Dechra online & tried to communicate with them. No luck or answers! BUYER BEWARE: It has been my experience that when you hit repeated stone walls about country of origin THAT THEY ARE HIDING THAT IT WAS POSSIBLY MANUFACTURED OR THE INGREDIENTS ARE FROM CHINA!

My employer issued a card for me redeemable through Tango for a chewy Pet Supply card. The card did not work neither chewy nor Tango wants to fix the problem chewy states that I need to call Tango they don't deal with third parties although they allow them to sell their cards. Don't let a third party sell your cards if you're not going to honor them seems like a scam. Both chewy and Tango told me at least 6 days ago that they would have it fixed within 24 hours then reneged and just let the customer eat the $75 because neither company wants to fix whatever they did wrong and I can't go work for them and do it for them so the customer is at a loss. This is not customer service I would not buy a chewy gift card as they will not honor it yet they allow them to sell it. BEWARE ****chewy gift cards do not always work and they won't fix it!!!

Set up a shipment for dog food that to was arrive on a Sunday. By the time I realized it wasn’t coming until the following Tuesday all the local pet stores had closed and was left without food for my dog the following morning. When I reached out to them, they offered me a $15 discount on a $200 order! I will no longer be using them.

I don't have, never will have a pet, yet Chewy sends me 10-15 emails, ads in a day. Google doesn't let me block and I've talked to their customer service, which assured me they blocked me, NOT. Their customer service has no idea about anything. They admit they can't help.

Terrible company. Something seriously wrong with their credit card security as my bank keeps flagging them as suspicious. On prices they are more expensive than Walmart for exact same (in this case wet cat food) product.

Chewy mailers are intentionally misleading and deceptive. My mailer offered $20.00 off and free shipping with a code provided on the mailer. It stated "See reverse for details and code". There were no details provided to explain the terms. This is done to make you go through the entire ordering process at which time they then disclose you need an account and CANNOT check out as a guest. I attempted to contact Chewy through their website 3 times to express my displeasure with this tactic. The messaging app would automatically close once the term "deceptive" was typed in. I attempted to then call the telephone number provided but that was somehow blocked as well. Maybe because they somehow realized this call was coming from the same contact who had attempted to complain by their messaging app. If that is the case, then it would appear they are well aware of the issue and have no desire to address it.

Screw up every other order. Never seen anything like it. Idiots.
