This company is the best they truly care about the customers and pets. I had to call and cancel my dogs prescription bc he passed away and they out the blue sent me condolences flowers 💐. This truly warmed my heart ❤️ ty chewy.

After buying a few boxes of hay for my guinea pig, Recent box had hay with a different texture (as sometimes happens) my finicky, guinea pig refused to go near it. I called Chewy to see if I could exchange it. The customer service representative was so nice and validating and said he would send me a new box, refusing my offer to return the old one. Everybody won that day - I got a new box of hay, the Humane Society got an old box of hay, and Chewy got a loyal customer!

I ordered a stainless steel food container for my cats that ended up being larger than I expected. Customer service offered a full refund and asked me to donate the container to an animal shelter...I ABSOLUTELY love that!! Phenomenal customer service!

I have been ordering from Chewy for years and always have an excellent experience and if something is wrong they correct it right away. I recently had to say goodbye to my 16 year old cat, When I called to cancel my medication order the service person was so kind and compassionate. To top it off I got a beautiful gift today from Chewy, They go above and beyond for there customers. Thank you Chewy

Chewy is always amazing. Not only do they have good deals and frequent sales but the customer service is above and beyond. I recently ordered some food that didn’t agree with my dog. They refunded me immediately and asked me to donate the food. When my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease I had to change her food to a prescription diet. Not only was the process easy but her diagnosis came right before I had just gotten my autoship of non prescription food and again they refunded me even when I offered to send the unopened food back. They also sent a super sweet note about my kitty and her diagnosis. Hands down the only place I ever buy food now for my pets.

My dog recently got diagnosed with throat cancer and can no longer eat the treats I usually buy for him. I missed the window for the auto ship because his diagnosis was after it was already shipped. I emailed about a return. Not only did they immediately refund me they also asked me to donate the already received treats and followed up with another email to hug both my animals (mentioned by name) after I thanked them for their understanding and how they went above and beyond my expectations.

Best company and caring people at Chewy! They provide a great service. Next chewy sent flowers to me at my house only a couple of days after my cat Mac passed away on Monday November 27th, 2023. I highly recommend chewy! From Rebecca Ann Jacobs

I've only been using Chewy a couple of months but have been very impressed! My vet gave me a prescription for Royal Canin dog food for my Feist. I checked Amazon first, figuring they would have the best price. $157.00 for a 7lb bag!! So, I checked Chewy. With Autoship, I pay about $65.00, including tax. After I made my first order, I had a question so I called their customer service. A real, live human answered the phone! And they were in the US! And she answered my questions very nicely. They had me at "Hello!". 😉 I also like that I can adjust my autoship as needed. I am a FAN!!
