Can’t say enough about Chewy—they are incredible. I recently lost my senior puppy dog and not only did they credit me for unused food but they also sent beautiful flowers with a touching message. Their deliveries are always prompt and their staff is pleasant and efficient. Keep up the amazing good work!

I only ordered from Chewy once. Unfortunately what I ordered I could no longer use. My Gracie passed away. I contacted Chewy. They not only refunded my money but sent me flowers for my loss. What an amazing company!!

We started using Chewy five or six years ago. During that time, we have had multiple cats, a dog and a horse. I cannot say enough good things about this company. As animals get older and have issues, we can trust that if we try a food, but the animal doesn’t eat it, CHEWY sends a substitute item at no cost , and we donate the first item to our local shelter. They answer all questions, and every phone call, you get a customer service rep immediately without waiting forever. Bar none, every rep has been amazing, and super helpful with every issue, every time. Many years of this. Recently , my daughter’s childhood kitty ( daughter is 22 , kitty was 19) passed away, and it was very hard on her. My latest call to CHEWY involved a question about dog treats. The kind service rep asked me how all my animals were doing and listed them off by name. I informed them that the one kitty had passed. The next day, my doorbell rings, and there is a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our fur baby that died. It made my daughter’s day, and mine too This group is incredible. If all service groups were this great, the world would be a lot different!!!

Can’t beat Chewy customer service! Because of FedEx delivery issues I had to buy a bag of dog food locally and since money is tight I had to ask Chewy for a refund. They immediately issued refund and told me to keep my order when it was finally delivered or donate to animal shelter. I will definitely order from them again after Christmas and hopefully FedEx will have their issues resolved! Thanks Chewy!!!

I’ve had an autoship order going with Chewy for a couple of years now. Chewy makes it super easy to get prescription K/D food, so I use it. My most recent order was delivered to the wrong address. I sent Chewy support an email with pictures of the delivery location from FedEx and a picture of my address. Within an hour the support agent had a replacement order on the way, and I received my new order the next day. This was a ~$150 order. Their app may not be THE BEST and you can probably get somewhat better prices from other vendors, but I have no problem paying a little more to support a company that delivers this sort of customer support and does the right thing when things go wrong.

I sent an email to chewy asking if I could return some meds I had ordered for my dog, it was still in the box unopened, we unfortunately had to put our sweet 14 years old dog to sleep the same day I received the medication. 2 days later I received flowers and a kind note from them. I was not excepting this at all and was really touched. Thank you for being so kind.

Chewy's return policy makes this company an amazing experience. We have been ordering Chewys products for five years since our fur baby Kai was a puppy. Never disappointed with the result for exceptional and excellent customer service. Kudos to Chewy.
