Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I ordered 3 bottles of Felimazole for our cat. 100 pills per bottle. Instead of sending me 3 bottles Like Their Picture Showed, they send me 300 pills in a bottle. No seal, no expiration date, NOTHING. And, of course there are no returns if you've opened it. It was ALREADY OPENED! I want safety sealed for my cat!

So Chewy constantly screws up my order. I am tired of it. I have received 3 incorrect shipments of cat food, and received items that I did not order and that my cat doesn't like. I have yet to get a correct shipment from them. I told customer service exactly what was wrong on my last order, but this has gone on long enough. I cancelled my autoship and closed my account. This should not be a difficult thing to do. Each item has a bar code. You put items that match the barcode in the box and you ship the box. Hire people who can use a barcode scanner. Geez!

WORST COMPANY. They clearly have gone through some IT struggles. My account was hacked so Chewy closed the account, I called in to get it corrected in which they said the reinstated my account but I was never able to log in, not to mention I have now lost all of my rewards and prescriptions details. I purchase over $2k of Dog food a year. BYEEEEEEEE

I called and spoke with customer service twice to stop sending refills of a rx for my cat that wasn’t taking his medication. I was assured I would receive credit within 48hrs and never explained to me I’m on auto refill and I have to cancel myself (even though I only had 1 refill) I continued to receive 2 more refills. When I spoke with customer service for the 3rd time they put me through to pharmacy and told me I couldn’t return nor receive any refund! Auto refill should be only for animals that have a chronic condition not for a 1x medication! Not good business and misleading information given on reimbursement!

I had stopped using chewy.com as there delivery times were 5 to 7 days which I live in vegas and it's hot. Not only do items get bugs in them from the heat but items get damaged being moved from trucks. When you call they replace them but again you have to wait a week. The prices aren't any cheaper than Petco or Petsmart. I placed an order Monday morning and delivey won't be till Friday? This means my dog food could have bugs as it gets 115 here. Very frustrating and they have lost my business for good this time. With no incentives on prices and delivery have to spend 50 to get free not worth it. I could have had these items today a mile from my home. Never again

This has got to be the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. The Rx dept. can not find the approvals that were faxed to them 2 or 3 times. Also, the Vet called them 3 times and still they have no record of any approvals. i have spent over 4 hrs on the phone with them in the last 4 days. Most of that time was on hold, being cut off, hung up on. The last call by the Dr. said the Rx dept had a bad attitude. I WILL NEEEEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE !!!!!!!!!!!! If you want great service and much cheaper prices, buy from walmart petRx online. I saved $34 on the same order from chewy Do NOT BUY FROM CHEWY EVER...........................

Had a recurring shipment of pet food set up to be delivered once a month. Got an email this month saying that they were having an issue fulfilling the order but it would ship soon. I decided to cancel it, and buy food local. I get an email saying that it was too late to cancel but they would go ahead and ship it, have it shipped back, and then give me a refund. It STILL hasnt shipped, and apparently the have no way to contact their fulfillment center?

Customer service has gone down hill. Another company bites the dust, I suppose it was good while it lasted.
