I am actually really surprised that Chewy has such a low rating as I think they have been fantastic for years! Customer service has always been amazing and they sent my friend flowers when her dog went to heaven. Also as her authorship arrived two days later, they told her to keep it and donate to a dog shelter. They have always been super helpful and kind with my orders. Chewy is a wonderful company!

WOW!! We are beyond happy with Chewy, from the great prices, fast next day (in our case) delivery, to the best customer service we have received from almost any company. To add to that, the sensitivity when we wanted to return a product due to our pet passing, not only did they provide a credit, they deliveted the most beautiful and unexpected 'in sympathy' flower delivery to our front door!! We cannot say enough good things about this company. Do yourself a favor and use them! Thank you again Chewy!!!

Never disappointed with Chewy! The slight exception was last order they shipped with a company called Ontrac instead of FedEx. I'm a couple hundred miles away from Chewy so FedEx has it at my door within two days. (Az) This time they used Ontrac to ship and my order was sent to Ca, tried to deliver to a Az address in Ca. Recieved email from Ontrac stating wrong address package returning to Chewy. Called Chewy and they replaced at no charge through FedEx and I got it the following morning. Chewy said if I get the original order just keep it which, I did the next day. I donated the second bag of dog food to a local rescue. Just beware if your order ships with Ontrac you might have a problem.

From the amazing customer service to the array of great products Chewy has it all. I have been a long time customer and fan of Chewy.When my sweet pup died they credited my account for supplies i np longer needed and they SENT Flowers.This was so unexpected and so very thoughtful .Big shout out to Brandy, thank you so very much for your kindness.

Chewy has been a wonderful company. My orders have always been right and on time. I have used them for years for my cat. She recently passed at the old age of 21. Our hearts broke. Today fed ex brought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Chewy. So unexpected and a beautiful gesture that they payed their respects to a ordinary customer. I'll be a forever grateful customer. If ever I get more pets I'll use them again.

Shout out to Chewy! I can't express how grateful I am for all of my experiences with Chewy. I decided to try Chewy out when my dog got diagnosed with heart worm disease. He needed some medications on a monthly basis and I ordered them thru Chewy. Not only did I receive the medication on a timely manner but there customer service skills were impeccable but when my Franklin passed away I called Chewy to see what they would like me to do with the extra medicine. Not only did they refund all the money from my previous order but today I received some beautiful sunflowers in the mail. I was so grateful to know there's some good businesses out there. We've used Chewy to get our cat supply needs for many years. I never thought too much about the brand, only that it was convenient for us, but that all changed this week. We lost our beloved cat suddenly in the early morning hours. We had just received a new delivery the week prior and many items had not been opened yet. I reached out to see if we could return them, and they told me to keep the products, donate them, and then gave me a full refund. I thought that was kind of them, but the next day they blew me away when I received a bouquet from them expressing their condolences. I couldn't believe such a large company would be so kind and compassionate. I wasn't a unique customer, but they made me feel special and acknowledged the pain we were going through. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.

I have trusted Chewy.com for years with 3 different dogs of mine, and they have THE BEST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They refund products that don't work out for your pet for any reason, and ask that you only donate the product to a shelter, instead of returning it. Their employees are very helpful with setting up orders for you or making changes by chatting online, and are very friendly. Thanks so much for all you do Chewy! They even sent me flowers when my pets died. Awesome people and service!
