I have been a Chewy Customer for many years. They have always had excellent service. When I adopted rescue fur baby I signed up for auto ship. They requested a pic of my dog. They sent me a painted picture of him. A month ago I was sick with Covid while placing another purchase for my fur baby. As of yesterday I received a get well card from Chewy along with a Chewy gift mug including herbal tea bags.They are so thoughtful. I was extremely sick that day. I recommend them to all with animal family members. Chewy is the definition of great Customer Service. Keep up the good work. Even if sometime I might have to pay a few dollars more its worth it for the extraordinary, efficient ,respectful service they provide.

I've ordered from Chewy many times, orders always arrived on time and in great condition. My dog Kane passed away and I asked chewy if I could return the unopened medication that I just received. While you can't return medication, not only did they refund the money for the order but they also sent me flowers with the sweetest note. The email exchanges were so courteous and understanding, wonderful customer service.

Fantastic company. Their customer service is kind and efficient and resolves problems even when those problems are caused by someone else (i.e. a shipping company). The website works seamlessly. Where else would you get an alert if you accidentally duplicate an order? Highly, highly recommend.

Impressive customer service. I recently ordered dog food through Chewy.com. My dog had tried this particular food from a bag that I purchased somewhere else. I thought she liked it, so I ordered the food through Chewy.com on AutoShip. However, as time went on, I noticed that she did not care for it, and I had this full unopened bag of food, so I contacted Customer Service to see if I can change the flavor to continue the AutoShip. They not only were accommodating to change the flavor but when I asked if I could return the full unopened bag, I have, the customer service representative Alexandria said that they would refund me for the full bag and that I should donate it to a local dog shelter. That is not only generous but terrific customer service . Thank you so much Chewy!

I was receiving a monthly supply of medicine for my Jeezy boy, "my plus one" American Staffordshire Terrier. He was 13, and we were a couple old dogs with arthritis and pain. He started to have neurological problems and couldn't stand up. The vet came to our home and helped end his pain. When I stopped my med delivery, they sent me a bouquet of flowers with a heartfelt message on the card. I simply can not say how much that meant to me. Very generous and caring company. Thank you so much.

I've been ordering from chewy for well over 4 years now and absolutely love them. Always receive my orders within 3 days, any issues customer service has been outstanding and they have even gone above n beyond and sent hand painted pictured of my pets as well as yearly birthday cards for them.

I have always been a satisfied customer of Chewy. I find their selection of products for my dog is very good and they deliver so fast! But they've just outdone themselves. I ordered a dog bed that was the wrong color and size. I requested return information but they responded that they are returning my $$$ and they also said not to return the bed ... I should donate it to a shelter. Now that's wonderful customer service and a company that has a heart!

My dog started to refuse a prescription dog food. When I called Chewy to try a different brand recommended by his Vet, Chewy not only reimbursed me for the dog food he had eaten before but now chosen to refuse...when my dog had to be put down, Chewy did not charge me for the dog food that was just delivered AND when I went home the day after I cancelled his autoship order, they sent me flowers with condolences. My experience with Chewy is that they really care--not just for the dogs but for the human clients. I am a loyal Chewy customer because I know they really care for my pup and me.
