Ordered prescription eyedrops for my poodle. Rather than accept a picture of the prescription, they contact the vet to confirm, a process which "usually takes 1-2 business days". After a week - nothing, I called Chewy. No vet confirmation yet, service rep said. He called the vet while I stayed on the line, came back and told me it was all set. Drops would arrive in 4-5 days. Too long, since I now had nothing to keep the pressure in her eyes manageable, but I decided to trust them. Five more days pass and nothing. I call again. Service rep says THEY HAVEN'T HEARD FROM VET YET. I tell him I've already done this once and my dog is suffering because of this unexplainable delay. Silence. I ask "do you understand what I just said?" With forced patience he says yes, offers no apology or explanation. I cancel the order. Order dog toys from Chewy, but not prescription drugs.

Deliveries are late. Twice they say a package is out for delivery and never shows. Says they tried to deliver but were unable when we were home. My regular driver says he never had the packages. It only happens with Chewy. We are done with them

I tried to order a Unique litter box two different times. Both times, I got an email a few days after saying oops sorry we don’t have it. (After charging me and waiting for days) the second time it happened I called and spoke with a supervisor because on the website it still shows the litter box as in stock!. His name (the supervisor) is Sergio and he was rude, argumentative, dismissive, and beyond unhelpful. I didn’t have to waste my time calling to figure it out but I did because I didn’t want it to keep happening to me/others. Instead of a thank you or any kind of help I scolded and argued with. Even after he admitted that I was correct and this was a unique issue that they can now fix.4 weeks, 2 separate orders weeks ago, charged me, never gave me what I ordered. Never shopping here again.

chewy.com canceled my order, without any explanation. I had to chat with 2 on-line chat agents (2nd one was a supervisor). They said it is for my security, then, next for my safety. I told her I had logged into paypal to pay for the 1st order, which both show the same shipping address. NO response, no feedback collected from me. The 2nd one was a manager, and said the website had experienced some SUSPICIOUS ACTS in the past, and, she had no idea why my order was canceled by their system. BUT, I HAVE TO CALL THE COMPANY while it was on hold. I reminded that chewy.com canceled my order and sent me 2 differently drawn cancellation emails. NOW, it raises more issues as I have to tell the phone agent, while the major TV investigation programs tell there are lots of hacking call center behaviors after cancelling the orders. My complaint email in reply to the company was not answered at all. RUDE. ANNOYING THAT I had wasted time to find out the company would cancel the order at random, and had to waste more time with imbecile agents for a couple of more hours.

I gave up on Chewy after they cancelled MyPillow and will never order from them again. If they want to go woke, they can go broke! I'd much rather support a business that believes in the values that made this country great.

TERRIBLE CHEWY!!! 9/5 I placed an order just for Dog Treats…..DOG TREATS!! Was Told I will receive them no later than three days!! 3 maybe 4 EMAILS LATER to question me about my order for DOG TREATS…ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Still NO DOG TREATS and told by 9/13 I SHOULD RECEIVE THEM!! Chewy is getting WORSE and WORSE!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
