I’m very unhappy with the way they handled a lost shipment of dog food, I had to speak to three different supervisors before I got any answers, I explained I can’t get out because I just had major back surgery and was dependent on them for the order, the first one I spoke to didn’t even give me a call back, that’s enough for me, I would never refer them to anyone, I’ll never use them again.

I have been with Chewy for over 20 years and have spent a lot of money with them. Thru ups and downs with this company. I have finally had enough. Instead of letting me know that they are out of stock (again) with my prescription cat food they questioned my prescription from my vet. They couldn't possibly call my vet. So I am done. And would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bad customer service, placed an order more than a week ago and u guys kept canceling it, i called for help and thry said it was a billing issue, the lady told me she got it fixed and i called in today because the order has been more than a week that has been delivered, my cat is literally starving cuz of u guys, and u guys told me today that thr order got canceled again??? Horrible

Very unhappy with the way chewy handles loyal customers. They continue to over charge for large orders when they can give a discount. They continue to only have small bags of dog food and not sell the large bags so they can over charge the customer. Spoke to Royal canine and they have the large bags to ship today. Chewy only sells the small bags so they over charge the consumer. Poor business!!!

I am so upset with the pharmacy. My order was shipped to the wrong address I changed my address on the phone and online, now it has to be reordered, because I was told everything was updated and my poor little guy would have his meds. It wasn't updated! My dog is suffering in pain and now has to wait longer!!! Now I can't even log in anymore! Never use this pharmacy for my baby again!!!

Trying to buy something is a nightmare you order it they charge credit card and then they send a email to verify order if you question why they want to do this they put you on hold and disappear. If I don't get a shipping number in a weekl guess it will be time to dispute the charge. Guessing this will be the last time I use them. Update 10/26/22 received email shipping would be delayed couple days later order was canceled complete waste of time.

First time ordering from Chewy. Item arrived and was broken. Sent customer service an email to find out how to get a refund/return the item. There is NO info about how to return something or get a refund on their website - only says to contact them. 3 days no response to my email. Tried to do "chat" on their website - nobody ever answers. It simply "searches" for an associate infinitely. Tomorrow, I will call. All of this effort and time spent on my behalf trying to return an item that was literally put inside a huge box with NO packing materials at all. No big surprise it was broken. I will not be shopping here again. Not recommended!

I ordered a $550 litter robot and immediately received an email with the expected delivery date of 10/10/22. Two days later I received an email from the manufacture thanking me for my $409 order and the tracking number. On the 10th, FedEx still has the delivery date of the 10th but its 300 miles away and in a different state. Chewy then informed me that they drop ship this item and that they see the delivery date as 10/11. I sent him a screen shot of the FedEx website but was told he couldn't open documents, despite the chat having a upload documents button. He then told me there is noting more he could do to help.
