Chewy has earned my customer loyalty for life. My beloved cat of 16 years recently died. In my grief, I forgot to cancel the autoship on his insulin which costs about $106.00. Chewy immediately refunded my money without having to return it. A few days later, I received a lovely flower bouquet with a sympathy card. Anytime I've had a problem, whether it was a lost package or a prescription issue, they always made it right. When you call customer service, a live, friendly person answers the phone. It's obvious their employees are animal-lovers, too, and will assist you in whatever you need. Chewy offers a wide variety of pet products which makes it fun to browse. Their prices are competitive, and their shipping is fast, just a couple of days. I truly wish all companies treated me this way, and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Chewy.

I have been ordering from chewy.com for many many years. I have only had an issue with an order a couple of times. Both times I called Chewy. The customer service was great. They were apologetic and told me they would send a replacement product right away. I did not need to send anything back. My dog recently passed away. I had just bought a 26lb bag of food and a bottle of a joint supplement. I called Chewy to see if I could return these unopened items. The person I spoke to expressed her condolences and really wanted to help me at this difficult time. She told me she would refund my purchase and that I did not need to return the items. She said I had been through enough dealing with the loss of my dog. She told me I could donate the items in memory of my dog or just dispose of them. I was so touched by her kindness that I started to cry. I hope to get another pet someday and I will definitely order from Chewy again. They really understand what customer service is supposed to be like.

I have always had excellent customer service when contacting Chewy. Their representatives are pleasant to deal with, competent, and polite. It is a pleasure doing business with this company!

We lost our precious toy poodle, Bubbles, recently. She lived a good life at the near age of 16 years old. She was more than a family member to us. She was the life in our home, our pride and joy. We ordered many items from Chewy while she was with us. Always enjoyed personalized and excellent customer service! After she passed, we were billed for another auto shipment. I called customer service to explain that we had discontinued our auto shipping a month prior, because she had passed away. Needless to say, it was a very teary conversation. Our customer rep by the name of Briane, was truly professional, compassionate, and took her time with me on the phone. She had the charges reversed on my visa and was so apologetic. A few days later, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely gift awaiting me, when I got home. It was a beautiful fresh bouquet of 12 orange and yellow roses, with a kind and sympathetic message from Briane and her team. More tears, but happy ones this time. These were the only flowers we received from anyone, after loosing our precious Bubbles. It meant the world to us. Thank you Briane and your team at Chewy. No other dog can replace the lose we feel, but some day we will find our hearts open once again, to welcoming a new dog into our home. Thank you for your sincerity in helping us heal. I have long appreciated the cost savings provided by Chewy's auto ship for pet supplies. When my cat became ill and needed special diet food and medicines, I also began interacting more with the pharmacy staff, and they were extremely helpful and considerate. Eventually, sadly, my cat died. And that's when I fully experienced the benefit of Chewy's compassion. Staff made it easy not just to cancel all my orders (actually refunding expenses on a final shipment, without me even requesting that) but also to stop any promotional emails. And then I was surprised by a delivery of flowers with a condolence note. I really appreciated that caring expression.

I love Chewy! Chew supplies my crazy life with all my dog food, cat food and liter, not to mention all prescriptions. But, today I received an amazing surprise! Chewy!!!! The sweetest portrait of one of my cats! What in the world! Thank you for making 2024 a fabulous year!

Awesome service. My dog is on prescription food so I have had many occasions to order from Chewy. In the event of a question there is always a helpful person on the phone. Delivery speed is amazing. I order all products from Chewy not just prescription food.
