Chewy has consistently gone above and beyond in customer service. Every shipment arrives quickly and it’s so easy to chat with customer service when you have a question or issue. It is clear they truly love pets.

I have been a customer of chewy for roughly 15 years. I have never been disappointed. The items I’m looking for are always in stock and delivery is always accurate and fast. The icing on the cake is the fact that every time one of my beloved pets pass away, they send me flowers and condolences. I got a bouquet today for my sweet Apollo. I wish I could post a photo. My own family members don’t do that.

I highly recommend Chewy for all of your pet needs. Their customer service is unmatched. They are kind, generous, knowledgeable and compassionate. I love the access to direct questions to a vet. It came in handy when ours was out of office. We are in the process of making arrangements to say goodbye to our Gracie girl and they were very generous when I contacted to see what our options were to return the food we had received. I will forever be a Chewy supporter. Thank you

ALWAYS×××GREAT×××CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST IN ONLINE RETAILING. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO RESOLVE ISSUES. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS NOW, NEVER HAD AN ISSUE OR A PROBLEM THAT THEY COULD NOT RESOLVE TO MY SATISFACTION.

I have been a plus member a couple of months. I get all of my pet needs here. Food, treats, toys, meds, collars, leashes everything everything and I am doing the review because they sent me a keychain in the mail with my dogs face on it. It looks hand painted and I love it so much

Chewy has been my go to for autoshipping kitty litter, litter pans, etc. I have always had great service. Recently, my cat died after a long love-filled life. I mentioned that when canceling my related autoship with CHEWY. I got a nice sympathy email in response. Today, I got a sympathy bouquet from CHEWY! That kind of personal touch is amazing. Thank you CHEWY for many years of good service, and going the extra mile in my time of grief.

I have to tell you I talk to an awful lot of companies on a day-to-day basis. I wish everyone was like Chewy! Chewy answers your questions, Chewy will call you back, Chewy will do research if you need them to, Chewy gives you good discounts offers good pricing and it's just overall the absolute best company that I do business with. They answer the phone right away and you don't have to leave a hundred messages to get an answer or call back. I wish every company was like chewy!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong dog food. Within a minute, I got a real person on their live chat. After explaining that it was totally my fault, they sent me a prepaid return label and applied the discount I got on the original order to the replacement order. No delays, hassles, or problems. They simply took care of my problem in the appropriate way and earned my loyal business. If only all businesses operated this way!
