Love the site navigation and ordering online. Orders always come on time and correct. Great return policy for any reason, and they also pay shipping. Occasionally some of my items are out of stock, which is the only negative I have experienced.

I first started buying cat food through Chewy because of the pandemic. In the beginning, I had issues with the canned cat food because I was getting defective cans. The oils had separated from the food or the cans were severely dented (and clearly not from shipping). My cats would not eat food from the defective cans. (I have no idea how they could tell the cans were dented. Perhaps, they were just old.) It turned out that these cans were really coming from the manufacturer. I tried different brands until I found ones that didn't sell their defective cans through Chewy. The canned cat food brands I have been buying are Tiny Tiger (pates) and Almo Nature. I mix food from the two brands together. My cats love it, and I don't have to shop in a store to get it!

I ordered 32 in Ultimate SmartCat cat scratcher. Immediately when it began to be in transit in my city, it stopped. The next day I told Chewy what happened and a representative reported she would order a replacement. That has been in the works of shipping for about a week, again it got in my town today and it stopped updating. I called them again today and the replacement order was never actually put through because it was unavailable.. I don’t think I would trust business with this site ever again. Only am giving 2 stars because they are refunding me the money for this, but this has brought me so much emotional distress UPDATE: the orig package finally came today. I’m happy I’m pleased, I’m sorry for a bad review postal is not on them and I would still consider having future purchases from them!

You know that Marc Anthony Quote “If you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life”? I believe the staff at Chewy lives by that. Whenever I spoke to anyone about the flea pills we ordered for our Lhasa Apso Sadie, they were always so cheerful and patiently answered my questions. Fast forward to last week when I canceled our auto-ship because our Sadie girl died of old age. I got two emails, one from Ashley and another from Christina T. They were both so heartwarming to read. One condolence email I get, but TWO!? It didn’t end there. A few days later we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a lovely note from Ashley. The customer service at Chewy is exemplary. I believe they truly live by their mission statement “We view pets (and pet parents) as family and are obsessed with meeting their needs and exceeding customer expectations through every interaction.” I didn’t know that was their mission statement until now, so that makes every interaction that much sweeter. Thank you, Ashley and Christina T, and the entire team at Chewy. You obviously love what you do.

Basically Amazon for pets. Only annoying thing is the $5 shipping charge for under $50 packages. Sometimes I just don’t need more stuff ya know.

Especially during a pandemic, Chewy has been a lifesaver for our pet. Millie is on a prescription diet, and Chewy works with the veterinarian to review her prescription every time we order. They deliver promptly and dependably. Their prices are not always the best, but they are often competitive.

Great customer service. An item arrived broken and it took (no exaggeration) 2 whole minutes on the phone with them before a replacement was sent!

Just bought Flea away. Tablets are larger than normal but crush easily. I crush 1 tablet in teaspoon of PB. Dogs love it and seems to be working. Love the fact it's made in USA!!
