Chewy itself isn’t the issue, their CS and quality of product are great. It’s who they contract to deliver and the quality of FedEx that is the issue. Dropping the boxes by the mailbox on inclement weather Day’s is unacceptable. I’ve cancelled my 2 box, 3 item subscribed delivery bc of FedEx. Going forward, I’ll pu or have Hollywood Feed deliver same day.

I do not like chewy shipping it sucks I wish they had one delivery provider or the two FedEx and ups. Second update your package tracking and app it's confusing and primitive most of the time it's not accurate. I am not happy With chewy honestly not sure how they remain in business.

Ordered 3 fresh and clean cologne spray. They were tossed in box without bubble wrap or any protection. Caps were all broken.😞

They changed the price my cat litter AFTER processing my auto ship, going from $14 a bag to $20 a bag which is more than it is sold for in the store. I asked if I could simply be refunded this difference, because I specifically checked my auto ship amount the day it would be processed to make sure I knew the amount I would be charged. So far all they have done is responded with very generic sounding emails about how the “market changes” and they can’t help me. So basically be prepared for them to charge more then you are told you will be charged because they can change the price any any time even after processing the auto ship. Very frustrating. The fact that they keep just giving generic answers about market pricing and are unwilling to assist is what’s frustrating — I know market prices change and I don’t have a problem with that. What I have a problem with is being told I’m getting it at one price, being notified this will be my charge prior to shipping, and then them changing my price and charge amount without my permission after the fact. Customer service has obviously gone down hill.

Started ordering through Chewy since it was easier than going to the store. Shipping was fine and customer service was great! Unfortunately, my dogs didnt touch the food even though it was the same stuff I got from PetSmart. I think it sits in their warehouse too long. This happened with 2 bags in a row. I ended up making the trips to PetSmart and everything seems fine now. Maybe it’s something for you to consider

I have really loved chewy until my last order 1232317982. I ordered 3 month supplies of revolution for Piper and Leo for flea and tick the small cat and large cat sizes. Unsure why topical over the counter flea and tick needs a prescription but anyways. My vet said they never received a prescription fax for Leo or piper after three days. I call customer service today and was transferred to a pharmacist. She says the vet clinic wasn’t on the order but she knew which vet office and said she had the same phone number. I never told her the clinic so to say it wasn’t on the order but know which clinic didn’t make sense. She assured me she faxed the order. I went to the vet today to get my cat his rabies vaccine. The vet just told me they ONLY got a prescription request for Leo and it was for the smaller cat weight (which is pipers size and cannot be prescribed to Leo). So they couldn’t fill it. They had no order for piper and did not have both revolution size requests. A little frustrated…. I thought it was supposed to be simple. It’s just OTC flea and tick…

What was once a reliable company has now into turned into frequent disappointment. As a long-time auto-ship customer I never had to worry about not receiving my full order. For the past two orders after my order has been shipped I've received the dreaded "sorry we dropped the ball" email that one of my items is out of stock. Here's a 10% coupon on your next order. This never does me any good because by the time the item is back in stock the coupon has expired. My cat has so few flavors that she likes so when one is missing it leaves her with next to nothing. What was once a convenience is now a hassle and something else to worry about every 8 weeks.

App is great; ordering is easy; they deliver very fast; quality brands at great prices. Now to the packing/shipping departments. They suck!! More than once I've had plastic treat tubs packed with 40 lbs of kitty litter in same box & treats get crushed. Then I'll get another box from my order with one (1) small bag of treats in it. Where's the common sense not to pack light stuff with heavy stuff? Got to admit...customer service is great every time I call for a replacement.
