Giving 1 star since this is the second Brownie order that has been completely messed up, and everyone I have spoken to has been incompetent and doesn’t care about ripping customers off. Cheryl’s employees just sends whatever they want, not what the customer orders, and doesn’t offer to fix it by refunding money or even sending correct order.

We have received these cookies as gifts from other practices so we decided to order 230 cookies to use in our marketing deliveries for February. I ordered the cookies 1-bulk of 200 cookies and another with 30 cookies at the same time, paid extra shipping to have them delivered on 02/13/19 since I was planning to hand deliver them to other practices that we work with on 02/14/19 - Valentines Day. Well Cheryl's Cookies sent me the 30 set of cookies today (2/04/19) and refuses to do anything to resolve their error. Only advice they could offer was to freeze them until I am ready to deliver. That's just the image I want to portray that we deliver old thawed out cookies!!! NOT!!! I was really disappointed BIG TIME and will not be ordering from this company ever again!

I've had the cookies and sent them and I thought they were very good. However, I recently ordered Valentine's cookies to be sent to my three kids, specifying a specific date range. The confirmation email I received from them confirmed the date range. Then within a day or two, I received confirmation that they had shipped the cookies -- at least two weeks early! Somehow on their end, they had changed the deliver by date. Multiple emails to them were answered promptly, I'll give them that, but they all said pretty much the same thing-- 1) we shipped when you wanted us to (no you didn't - YOU made the mistake of changing that somehow and I sent you the email confirmation with the CORRECT dates) and 2) we're sorry, it's too late to do anything about it. Really? No offer to ship again at the correct time? No offer to give me credit? Not even a true apology and acknowledgement of your error. After about a week of this, I'm giving up, posting this review and taking my business elsewhere

Okay so I was looking for something cute to send my boyfriend so I started looking at Cheri's Berries but it was literally like $50 for some 6 dollar strawberries without peanuts (he's allergic), so I found Cheryl's Cookies underneath. I clicked on the website and the prices were GOLDEN. I ended up ordering him the devil's food (ironic) cookie with the cutest "i love you box". After I placed my order, I thought the shipping was a little sketchy because they never sent a conformation or a tracking order or anything. After a couple days I began to get stressed because I thought I had gotten scammed but it ended up coming two days before its arrival date. He said the cookie was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, Cheryl!!!

My Mom sent as a Christmas gift. A couple of the cookies were just ok and all the others were inedible. Even my kids didn't like them. Not to mention they arrived late. Not sure why people are paying high dollar for such garbage as that is what they are since they all went into the trash

I didn't get the cookies I ordered. Cheryl's sent a new order. I still didn't get a full complete CORRECT order. I'm waiting to see what their response will be on this second error. Great tasting cookies, UNACCEPTABLE service.

Im Originally From N.C. I tried my first Cheryl's gingerbread cookie with some type of cream on it. Overpriced as well as TOO SWEET! If Ya don't have diabetes , eat these things over a period of time & ya will. Overrated

I ordered cookies last year and they are delicious. However, delivery is very unreliable. They promise delivery but don't deliver. I ordered on 12/16 and delivery was supposed to be 12/19. Hah! Nothing delivered as of Christmas. I think they are doing too much promoting and can't keep up with their orders. Over promise and undeliver.. They are expensive too, so one should expect better service. Never again
