A+ for ordering process. These cookies arrive beautifully packaged and displayed in the box. The serving size is generous and perfectly portioned. Unfortunately, once unwrapped, the taste is extremely poor. All of the frosted type round cookies have the texture of unbaked play-dough. The mouth feel resembles paste. The picture perfect frosting is overly sweet and smells of preservatives. The other flavors with fruit, chocolate and nut combinations are also unappealingly sweet and too starchy. The cookies are more plastic-like than flavorful. I have gifted these and have been the recipient of these professional looking baked products. But, the taste and texture is undesirable!

This company used to be pretty good which is why I thought I'd order from them again. I can't believe how bad they've gotten. I placed an order on 4/27/20. They stated it would ship on 5/4/20. The recipient never received the order. I called and couldn't understand the person I was talking to. On 5/14/20 Cheryl's cancelled my order and refunded my money to my credit card with no explanation whatsoever! I stupidly thought this must be a fluke so I ordered from them again and still haven't received my order when promised. NEVER AGAIN! Live and learn I guess.

I cannot believe how deceitful this company is....even during this Covid19 pandemic we are going through. How can they live with themselves? Shameful! I wish I had read up on the reviews before dealing with Cheryl's. It would have saved me a lot of time. Now, I have my credit card dealing with this also. How are they allowed to do business with all their cheating going on. I too ordered weeks in advance with everything in stock, only to be sent an email at the zero hour that not all items were available. They've played with my money for weeks, and I am still trying to get it back with help from the credit card company. Customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. Find another company out there, but read reviews first. I do not recommend this terrible company.

I had bought a Groupon to use on this site. The instructions to redeem it didn't work. Their customer service line is not currently serviced. I reached out via email and was told to talk to Groupon, even though it was a redemption issue on their site. By this time the voucher had expired (but is still good for the value paid). They refuse to answer any questions about redemption on their site and just say 'we're sorry it expired - talk to Groupon'.

Tried to use a free shipping code that the company had sent me to avoid paying $19.98 for delivery. The website continually rejected the discount code. Wrote to customer service and received responses that were unhelpful. They advertise sales that are inaccurate and misleading. Very disastisfied with this company and customer service.

Wish I could give negative stars. Placed an order to deliver some cookies as a present for a departing employee on 4/14....they gave me a delivery date between 4/22-4/27 which was ok as I had to had it done by 4/28. After 7 days of nothing being shipped I reached out to CS. Response back was that my order will ship on 4/27 and be delivered on 5/4....what!? That is not what was promised! I reached out again to point out their promise...response: we cancelled your order. Fine! But you still have not solved my problem I came to you for! You needed to make it right and you failed miserably, Cheryl's!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star...I paid for 1 year free shipping since I ordered from 1-800 baskets...tried to order Cheryl's cookies...they wanted to charge for shipping and additional $3 for an exact day...I canceled order and called celebration passport and informed them of their unethical practices...they are getting free advertisement by them...they are checking into it...also after calling customer service at cheryls cookies which was a total waste of time...they offered me free shipping...I said I already pay for it you Ninny...Do Not Ever Order from this company!!!! Horrible

I gave it one star because they did not give the option for zero stars. We made an error in the delivery address, but found out just now of the mistake. Trying to get someone that we can understand is an effort in itself, but instead of offering help to resolve, or possibly a discount on another order, they were not at all helpful. Unless you want to throw your money away, do not buy from this company.
