The product is easy to use and can be operated at anytime. Can be used for just one item or many. I am enjoying the fact that my hands can hold the product without pain. My only question at this time is "how do you clean the used bags, in the dish washer? "

I love the tool, which I've had for almost a year, and use it multiple times a day. My friend laughed at me today as I was showing it to her AGAIN, and joked that she should tape me and post it. I do wish the bags were less expensive and that I could purchase the small size glass containers, but maybe one day they'll sell the sizes separately.

I love my chef preserve so much I bought another for a friend and am thinking of getting myself a backup one. Absolutely love it.

Product is fantastic!!! I personally have 2 plus all the size bags. I also just bought 3 more with oodles of bags for bday gifts. This is soo much faster and easier to use than the big machines and I have 2 plus the big rolls. You can wash them throughly and use time and time again. These bags as long as you do it correctly have never allowed frost on anything. I also use them to save food in my fridge ex tomatoes, advocado (cut in half never turned brown even after 6 days) other fruits, veggies stay crispy not soggy. Customer service is fantastic and ordering process is easy peasy!

We’ve used our Chef Preserve products for more than 5 months and are pretty happy with them. We use the bags as well as the glass containers. Since we are full-time RVers space and weight are important. Also, the vacuum bags keep the food in our small, non-frost free freezer from getting ice crystals and freezer burn. We wash and reuse our bags. On one, the plastic zipper broke and it would not seal. I wrote customer service to see about getting replacements. The rep (Christine) was very attentive to my request. After sending her documentation of the order and the problem bag, she quickly responded with an offer to send replacement bags. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chef Preserve!

I was a sceptical at first but for the price I was prepared to give it a try as I hate having freezer burn and throwing food away after a short time in the fridge. To my surprise this product is so simple to use, the bags I purchased are totally reusable time after time, my spoilage has reduced drastically due to extended shelf life. I highly recommend this product.
