This is one of the best products I have used in a long time. The bags are easy to seal, and they stay sealed until I open them. I am thinking of getting two more for my daughters' kitchens.

No problem with ordering and delivery. Also prompt service in delivery. Don’t have any suggestions for improvements. I liked the first one so much I ordered a second one.

I am very impressed with the design simplicity and effectiveness of the ChefPreserve food storage system. I recently ordered several additional units as gifts. Unfortunately there was a glitch by their 3rd party payment processor that resulted in my delivery being sent to an out-of-date address. ChefPreserve customer service was very quick to respond to my concern, and arranged for a replacement order to be delivered to my correct address. In today's commercial environment, so many organizations are hiding from direct and effective customer interactions, by using AI chatbots, multilayer telephone voice prompt systems, or not publishing direct customer service phone numbers and emails. It was incredibly heartening to see a company welcoming and effectively responding to direct customer concerns. Kudos!

It truly means a lot to our team!

DO NOT PUT FRUIT AND VEGGIES IN THESE BAGS!! You need to tell people this, fruit and vegetables give off a gas that gets trapped in the bag and reobsorbed into it and ruins the flavor. This works great for anything else though. It's just annoying that no one tells you this!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you had this experience. Some fruits and vegetables naturally release ethylene gas as they ripen. Because vacuum sealing removes oxygen and creates a very low-air environment, certain fresh produce can behave differently than expected, and some delicate fruits and vegetables may not be ideal for vacuum sealing in bags. For best results, we recommend placing a paper towel in the bag to absorb excess moisture, using our vacuum containers for delicate produce, or freezing fruits and vegetables after sealing if you plan to store them long term. Many customers also find that heartier produce performs better than more delicate varieties. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our team.

Délais de livraison très lents. Commander depuis plusieurs jours déjà. Postes Canada disait livraison le 23 juin et ops...c'est changé pour le 29. Beaucoup plus long que ce que l'on dit sur le site.

The customer service at Chef Preserve is way above excellence. I had a problem with my vacuum sealer - it just wouldn't work like I thought it should. They were more than happy to help me troubleshoot the device until I realized IT WAS ME!!! I had tried to store soup and dah - you can't do liquids. Even though the issue was operator error - they sent me new device! It works wonderfully and I am so happy. Love this company and all their products. Thank you, Chef Preserve.
