This company seems inaccurate info from background. I was removed from Doordash because they send them a redflag saying suspension failure to pay. I called them about it and asked why would you send inaccurate info if you see that my license are active. If you send any company a email stating suspension failure to pay, they are going to consider that the employee has no license. They tell me they will review the mistake and it will take up to 30 days. I was like it took you all 3 days for background check and you want to take 30 days to fix your mistake. Fraud and scanning company.

Checkr takes so long to process. I have a high credit score and zero criminal records by the way. I’ve reached out to them several times. They are slow to respond or sometimes does not answer my question right. I’ve signed up with an app that requires a Checkr and it still says pending after15 days of completing ALL necessary documents that Checkr requires. In all honesty, Checkr system is not that efficient.

The entire time I have been dealing with checkr it has been a nightmare! There's no live support, they're website is useless. All they have is a bunch of help articles. I really hate tech companies posing as other things because they're completely soulless and incompetent.

Very bad company--I think there are no person, only robots working

I read the reviews and was worried about this company. I saw on their website about them going past the standard 7 years which could be problematic for folks looking to start a new page in life. My screening was done in about 3 days, but they definitely came back with an arrest from 2012. They went 10 years back. The results came back as "consider" which means the hiring manager gets the final decision. I decided to explain my case to my manager even though it was 10 years ago, so that doesn't sit well with me. I wish they'd just went with First Advantage like the rest of the world uses.

I'm sure this company would have a negative star review if that was an option. I would give -5 stars. As in this company is literally worse than dealing with any other company in my 33 years of living. It's absolutely horrendous how they make mistakes and don't even have enough staff to offer any help.
