Currently on phone 55 minutes and counting,evidently they can't even afford third world or emerging country labor rates.Went through rehabilitation process and was successful in getting expungement signed and sealed by the Judge in New Jersey,I sign up for Uber to deliver and find out ChekR sent them out of date info.Cant even get an explanation,they won't pick up the phone 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

I’ve being waiting for a whole month. My background check has been suspended for no reason. Doordash says they can’t do nothing about that other than waiting for Checkr. Checkr site don’t give me any explanation about why. No link to upload documents or nothing. It just says ‘suspended’ and that’s it. Calling Checkr is a waste of time. Nobody answers the phone. This really sucks. I need money or I’ll end up in the streets, and these people don’t do nothing. Horrible…

Horrible. Been charged for things that do not show up when I log into my account. Have been on hold over 1.5 hours and had to leave so I chose after an hour and a half chose to get a call back and "keep my place in line". Well I got an automated call back 5 minutes later telling me they are unable to call me back!!!! I will NEVER use this service again.

Ran a background check for an employee and agreed to $50+ fee. Got invoice for $160+ because they need to pay extra fees in NY. Shouldn't they inform the customer whether those fees are approved? The company I was doing business with before Checkr acquired them asked for approval on everything. What if there had been 10 fees? They would be charging me $1,000+ Terrible way to run a company.

What a despicable company. Advertises that your background check will be ready in 3-7 days. Try going on 5 MONTHS and they still haven't completed my report. I was trying to switch from Lyft to Uber, and mind you: they had just submitted my complete background report to Lyft 4 months earlier. Now here we are 5 months later and every time I call, I get the run around. A bunch of rubbish, blaming the court systems for being "backed up". All lies. I wish companies would quit working with other companies who treat their clients and customers like garbage. Does Checkr not realize that they're messing with people's lives? Forcing people into financial ruin because of their faulty biz practices? I guess we can all rest assured that karma always comes back around. Clean up your act, Checkr, quit acting like a rotten 4 year old. I hope you go out of business and the only thing you're left with is embarrassment and shame.

The worst service I've ever received!

this company is useless, been trying to get a job in Ubereats and Doordash and they're just incompetent someone should tell Ubereats and DoorDash to change their BG check company because Checkr is useless. Checkr claimed that they couldn't trace my name to my SSN, twice so I went to the SSA offices, to see if they some discrepancies, nope they told me that it was Checkr that was useless. please don't trust this company, don't deal with it, and don't even look at its general direction

The fee they advertise and dangle in your face was reasonable. Got my invoice and they added a $90+ fee to my invoice (on top of the standard background fee). It was a NY state fee. I'm in Florida... Needless to say, they are a joke and told them I guess I'm forced to pay this fee but definitely bait and switch. You are warned.
