Cannot do anything if your business does not have a website, which is very common with nannies. This is not advertised.

No one wants to work I guess I have an account I can sign into but says I need to contact someone I think cori is the only employee who just likes to inform you that your account don't exist just lazy. This company is an absolute total fraud, with major accountability issues. They play around with peoples lively hoods, and don’t do anything but deflect blame or hiring decisions, that contracted them to do bg checks on employees. If I hire you to do a 7 year bg check, but you perform a lifetime bg check-it should be fixed to go back 7 years correct? Not with this company. They intentionally attempt to ruin a persons income for malicious and personal reasons.

They suck they cost me employment at Lyft after getting me a job with Uber and now mysteriously after telling them off by email over Lyft incident my SSN is no longer good in there system and now have been left with no background checks through handy and shiftsmart what the hell

Horrible company. They put a criminal charge on my report. I've been disputing it with them for weeks. I e sent them the public records several times and all I get is a BS response like, Thank you for blah blah blah. We take your request serious and will put our very best on it to investigate. Blah blah blah. Then leave it on my report. It is impacting my income since the company rhe report is for won't let me work. The people are awful to deal with and the company sucks. The citations in question are for driving while using a cell phone. They have them listed as criminal charges.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I'm a business owner, and they charged me nearly $30 for a service that I do not use. To add to the problem, there's no live person to contact and speak with about their FRAUDULENT activity! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Lost my job to checkr, reported a whole lot of false information, how can they do that?

This company is horrible!! I can only think that companies use this background service because it’s cheap?? They have said my daughters identify could not be verified and there is nobody to talk to or ask why. The bot is useless. We even took a trip to the SS office to see if her card had been compromised. Nope. This place needs to be out of business!
