Checkr Report I have been convicted twice (1) for tail lamp and (2) expired plates which both situations was taken care of and never I was never convicted in the state of Nevada. I have DMV print out showing I have no points on my Driving record and No convictions ever. This has prevented me from doing Uber Eats and making extra Cash, I think the market for Drivers may be over saturated which is why Uber and other delivery company may use them for background check to disqualify there over saturated population who sign up. I reached out to both Uber and Checker. Checker emil is support@ checkr.com whick I believe is more geared towards Business but they have a sister company that does personal background checks for free www. betterfuture. com email support support@ getbetterfuture.com, and I sent documentation to them showing them my record is clean. I still haven't heard back from them

It's absolutely don't have legit information. Errors always comes with their reports

They are providing wrong data and there is no option to dispute on their website. Also there is no email address or phone number to reach out.

Terrible reputation for a reason.

Very very very bad company to run background check on for any other party! They throw you out of work for WEEKS until they come with result! And the problem your company unable to help or fix the problem with them, just keep waiting,,, which is BAD too

Rejected by Uber Eats over charges that were dismissed 12 years ago and same dismissed charges are now showing up as “consider” whenever Lyft pulls my background when it had been clear before. Essentially I’m getting rejected because of an arrest record for crimes I didn’t commit nor was I found guilty of. This is a blatant violation of law and there isn’t crap I can do about it. I’ve been driving with Lyft for over 3 years, but can’t even deliver a cheeseburger for Uber because of something I never did in the first place. Meanwhile, I have no idea how I’m going to be able to afford food this month and the biggest slap in the face of them all; I’m a 90% s/c disabled veteran! I went to war for you, but I can’t deliver your lunch?

Supposedly I have been waiting on a lyft background check since May 31st 2023. Today's date August, 8th the background still has not been completed by CHECKR. FIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
