I lost my job because of there Wrong information

This company is horrible. False claims and reviews. After they claimed a person to have no driver's license and they also said they had 3 or more violations. I went to the DMV website in my state of Minnesota. They had a valid driver's license and no violations. This is horrible people are getting passed up for Jobs. Bottom line bad service and hoping people start a better business claim against this company.

Worst service for background checks period. DONT WASTE YOUR COMPANY'S MONEY ON THEM. Two people, same history, same state lived in for their whole lives, same counties and cities, same clean criminal history; only one exception. One of these people is Male and one Female. Guess how long the man's check took? 4 days... The female's took over a month. Both people applied to the same company and did the same process. The female inquired why her background check took so much longer considering her's should of went through the same courts, same state. CHECKR did nothing to explain the difference in wait times. Estimated completion date for her's went from October 18 2023 to November 21 2023. Ridiculous. Another company, same 2 people took a week for both. Obviously CheckR has either a bias towards females, a retaliation procedure for people who inquire or they are just LAZY!

CHECKR DESERVES TO BE CANCELLED,OUT OF BUSINESS & BUILDING BURNED DOWN!!!!!! THE INACCURACIES THEY HAVE ON REPORTS IS CRIME!!!! THIS IS NOT A HONEST COMPANY. FBI NEEDS TO TAKE THEM DOWN FOR DISRUPTING PEOPLE LIVLIHOOD TO EARN MONEY WITH VERY WRONG INFORMATION. PLEASE WHOEVER IS READING THIS THAT IS IN POWER IN ANY SORT . I BEG YOU TO TAKE DOWN THIS FAKE SCAMMING BACKGROUND CHECK. IT IS NOT REAL . THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL NO WAYYYYY NEAR . THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN PRONTO !!!! PLEASE TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN AND NO LONGER EXIST . THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP AND ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Regular requests for information without explaining what is needed. Every email is an autoreply that doesn't answer your question. In one case I emailed them to talk about one thing and they ignored the question and told me they were waiting for something that they hadn't even explained they needed. Had I not got in touch I would have missed my start date and lost my home. Do not use this company if you rely on employees starting on time.

You screwed up my ability to earn money driving for Uber and Lyft. You've had me on hold with the background check for over two months. That's over seven thousand potential dollar I didn't make because I can't go on the rideshare apps because of Checkr.

My name has a suffix. It is “II” as in, I am the second. Yet, they keep changing it to Li when running the report and it’s causing my report to continuously become suspended. THATS NOT MY NAME YOU IMBECILES. There’s no way a company can be allowed to operate when they cannot do something as simple as get your name right digitally. It requires 0 effort.

SInce these people are so shady they hide phone number, I found it on a job application somewhere else! 844-224-3257 - please feel free to call these people and let them have it. These people must take an IQ test to work there and their score must probably be BELOW 50! I first authorized the BG check in Mid-July. They HIDE the number to reach them and you cannot find it anywhere! I was filling out an app for a company and saw that they use this abhorrent company! But there was actually a phone number on the application! I finally found a number! I was able to talk to someone and get it moved a little further along. But these lazy, good-for-nothing people are flagging me for a 22 year old ticket that was paid. These people are a bunch of lazy, worthless people who just don't care! If they hide the number to reach them, making you rely on their ridiculous do-nothing customer service dept which only keeps telling you that it is pending. They have cost me 8 weeks of work and the lucrative Labor Day weekend. This bunch of dimwits has cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS due their laziness and stupidity!!! No company should ever hire this bunch of ______ as a janitors, much less than entrust them to BG Checks!
