Hi Mr. Wong, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback here. My name is Eden and I'm a member of the Customer Support team. I investigated this situation and I saw that our team has worked with you to troubleshoot the situation and identified you were intending to work with our customer that utilizes Checkbook’s services. This customer has a specific use case with Checkbook where it is most appropriate for you to interact through the customer directly, rather than Checkbook as it is their software you are using. We see that our customer has since sent you a direct response and has resolved the issue that you had with their software, not with Checkbook's services. If you have any other questions on this, let us know and we'll be happy to assist you further. Regards, Eden.
