I was finally able to get my refund after emailing the IT division. They were able to finally get me a digital refund check & I took it to my bank today. I did not get any help from two different calls to customer service first.

I think it's really good and helpful, but I think they charge way too much for sending payments $1/per check is kind of crazy if you think of it. $.50 would be more reasonable for those of us that are sending over $50,000+ in a given month. If they lessened the expense I would give 5 stars. Also people seem to have trouble sometimes with depositing. Some form of support for those people would be very helpful that is easy for them to find.

Rose was a great help and was fast! She was able to respond to my needs even during 4th of July! The only reason I rate this a 4 star is because I feel like this should be something that I can do on my end to where I do not need to reach out to customer support.
