Hi Johnny, My name is Eden and I'm a member of the Support team. Thank you for your feedback. I looked into your virtual card and I see that the funds that were loaded on it have been spent. I have not seen any declined transactions from Walmart. However, the transactions that were declined were to PayPal. Our support team has explained in the chat conversation that unfortunately, it's not possible to send funds to PayPal from a virtual card.
