At that time, we confirmed that the payment had been voided and that the funds were returned immediately. We also communicated the same information to the school. Hello Liberty, Our records show that you reached out for assistance with adding a debit card to claim your payment. However, please note that your sender only made this payment available through direct deposit or a printed check. For direct deposit, a valid bank account is required, so a debit card could not be added as a payment method. We understand how this may have caused confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience. The sender issued your payment on 8/17/2026, and the funds were direct deposited to your account on 8/21/2026. This is within our standard processing timeframe. ACH payments take 3 business days to process and are paid out on the 4th business day. We can confirm that your payment processed correctly and that there were no issues or errors with the transaction. Hi Joe, Thank you for sharing your feedback. If you are part of a university, please reach out to [email protected] and ask for Eden. I am unable to find any specific tickets from you. In regards to voiding and expiring checks, we have a specific process for this for our university customers. I have checked and all these requests have been completed within the required SLA's.
