You should make sure that you get a conformation # after you book your flight.I was shocked when i payed the ticket and didn,t get the conformation#.I called the main office, which was American Airline and they told me that the dealer i bought the ticket was the legal office and gave me the conformation #.

The customer service representatives are difficult to understand, most have foreign accents, but your prices are sort-of-cheap.

I do all my airline booking at Cheaptickets. My boyfriend told me i should use the airline website but, I prefer to use Cheaptickets its fast and safe. I like how I can compare pricing and what i also like is that it sends me a email reminder days before my flight. Only thing i don't like is the hint pricing but, you have to pay for overhead. So, i gladly pay the difference. Thanks Cheaptickets

Fast and easy to find tickets. Only downside, it was difficult to get the email they sent to print out all the way. Other than that, seamless process.

Tickets are not so cheap on cheaptickets. Maybe they could try a little harder to live up to their name.

I have checked all the other sites, yet this one always comes in the best. Used it the whole time I was on my 4 week holiday across the US.

I scheduled two wake up calls and didnt hear neither one of them!! I missed my Father's wedding which was the point of the whole trip. that hotel needs to get its crap together!

Cheaptickets is the best
