Today, I contacted Sara to purchase a one-way ticket from Austin to Vancouver, and I would like to sincerely thank her for her exceptional help. Sara was extremely patient and went above and beyond to find me the lowest possible fare. I had been searching for the past ten days and had not found a price as good as the one she found for me. I also had trouble completing the payment because I wasn’t receiving the security code by text. Sara stayed on the phone with me, held the ticket while I resolved the issue, and even called me back after the call was disconnected. David, the representative that assisted me, seemed to do the best he could to give me the best deal on price and seats. He was very polite and attentive to my concerns and requests. He said that he would call me back later with the best seats available as per my request and he did. If price of flight goes down he promised to call me to give me a better deal, which I am sure he will.
