CheapskydealReviews of cheapskydeal.com

I appreciate Sarah's help in booking the flights. She explained everything very patiently and was very friendly doing so. Customer service was great! Sarah mitigated the fee increase by booking my seats, which I highly appreciate. I didn't like that booking online is not really working and I needed to call customer support. So, the booking process took way longer than expected and the fee increased.

Very helpful and considerate of my needs although both tickets were not book still very pleased

Although there were a few hiccups in the process, the operator worked with me to the completion of the transaction. The final price was not the original price quoted but nonetheless the additional feels still kept the price significantly lower than the price I was getting from Delta so I went through with the purchase. This is my first time using Cheapskydeal so hopefully everything will process smoothly when at the airport to board. I probably would have given 5 stars but for the somewhat impatience of the Cheapsky operator and the changing price quotes that differed considerably from the original price quoted. But as noted above, the new quote still was significant enough to go with Cheapskydeal rather than direct through Delta. Thank you Neal Jones for your assistance. Just be a little more patient and Cheapsky should really be more consistent on the pricing next time.

Very efficient and patient.

Sarah explained the (bit of a confusing)process very well. Patient and helpful.

I telephoned Cheapskydeal after several attempts to purchase airline flights online failed. I had to wait about 40 minutes on the phone before one could help me. David Briggs finally became available. He found suitable flights for me that did not require my having to arrange my own transportation between two airports on opposite sides of Buenas Aires. We had considerable trouble getting the online Cheapskydeal payment system to work, which took at least another 40 minutes of our time. David and I sometimes had trouble understanding each other during our phone calls, but we finally were successful in figuring ways to get the payment system to work and finding seats on the US flights that matched my preference. I appreciate David's patience and persistence. My only complaint is the length of time we both had to spend and the difficulty with the online payment system. David's hard work helped conpensate that those inconveniences.

RONNIE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Ronnie Bell was courteous, professional, and patient with my questions. He provided everything I asked for. The only concern was I paid for a refundable fare, and my ticket confirmation does not state it is refundable. Ronnie assured me it is refundable because I paid for that. I hope not to have to ask for a refund; but if I do, we shall see whether I actually receive a refund. Otherwise, Ronnie was great!
