Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, manipulated the customer and said the flight was 320 dollars cheaper and when i called them to confirm they said that was the best deal possible and there is no such a deal and after trying to cancel they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee even after cancelling less than 8 hours after booking, think twice before booking!

Very helpful
I am very impressed by the helpful guidance provided by Mr Neal in selecting the international flight. He is very knowledgeable and ready to help in all aspects of international travel. He keep communicating all the updates about the flight. I would really recommend him for any flight booking.

Excellent User experience
Primarily, customer service is so great when I approached them to enquire about international flight. The sales agent Mr. Neal has great experience and he made me very comfortable by explaining price, flight details, visa requirements, luggage allowances, etc. and the details with itinerary was sent to me and he was reachable when I had questions about the itinerary. Overall the user experience was great and excellent.
