I telephoned Cheapskydeal after several attempts to purchase airline flights online failed. I had to wait about 40 minutes on the phone before one could help me. David Briggs finally became available. He found suitable flights for me that did not require my having to arrange my own transportation between two airports on opposite sides of Buenas Aires. We had considerable trouble getting the online Cheapskydeal payment system to work, which took at least another 40 minutes of our time. David and I sometimes had trouble understanding each other during our phone calls, but we finally were successful in figuring ways to get the payment system to work and finding seats on the US flights that matched my preference. I appreciate David's patience and persistence. My only complaint is the length of time we both had to spend and the difficulty with the online payment system. David's hard work helped conpensate that those inconveniences.
