As some other reviewers have noted, they called me after I booked my tickets and told me that the return flight was full in basic economy - even though the website showed it as available - and I had to pay an additional $76 per ticket to upgrade to economy plus. They also told me that even though my return flight seat was no longer available, I couldn't cancel it b/c I purchased basic economy which isn't refundable (even though it didn't actually exist). This place is a bait and switch operation and I'll never book through them again.

why is my ticket purchase not going through? it says wait 15 minutes then call the number!! pissed

Neal was helpful and kind. However I DO NOT LIKE YOUR WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICE and will NOT be booking with you in the future. Your website is not specific as to baggage information and so on.

I selected a basic round ticket that met my budget, bringing the total USD to 387. After submitting the payment, it kept saying ticketing in progress. Then I received a call that was flagged by my phone as possible spam. That scared me, and then the gentleman told me the price for the return portion of my ticket has increased. He said the departure was already charged, and if I did not pay the increased price for the return, I would lose the funds because it was nonrefundable. I had to comply and ended up spending 498 700 dollars, with a third charge I didn't understand. The entire process was troubling as I kept fearing that I had been scammed. I ignored other lower fares with better times because I thought I was buying something cheaper, only to end up incurring a higher unplanned expense. I will not use this service again. I am really hoping that there will be no further issues when I try to check in and board. Funds I had budgeted for taxi fares to and from airports are now used up in securing this ticket. I am a very unhappy customer and will never recommend this service.

The request was pending when I was informed that the time I selected was no longer economy and I had to pay the extra $90 dollars. I said since I didn't get times I wanted I wanted to cancel but they wouldn't. THey are a bunch of thieves. NOthing but a scam.

Tried to book round trip and showed pending for an hour and half, had to speak to their support, spoke to someone in India, asked me that booking showed pending since fare got Price Increased, or accept one way for my same round trip price. The site quotes a low initial rate, only to call or email later claiming the fare is gone and demanding a higher payment and Itinerary Changes and that it could not be cancelled. Ordered direct flights, only to be told that I must switch to multi-stop or less convenient flights. Difficulties reaching support and getting swift resolutions when issues arise after payment and I had to stay on the call for 4 hours going between representative and supervisor.

Beware of bait snd switch. I spent quite a bit of time setting up an itinerary, and then payment online. l was given an invoice number yet the payment stayed in limbo. I called them and they told me the price had changed, and quickly wanted to charge me more than all competitors prices for the same flight. I was successful in canceling my order and buying on a competitors site, but they advertise the lowest fare to suck you into calling them and buying at the higher rate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for extras such as refundable tickets and seat choices and got neither. It wasn't a smooth purchase online either. I got a phone call that lasted 40 minutes trying to sort out the tickets and pricing to book the tickets. I wasn't allowed to just cancel the whole process and the man I got from India should never be in customer service. He was rude and condescending. Worst experience I've ever had from top to bottom and I ended up basically overpaying for baseline tickets.
