"David" was amazingly thoroughout in researching my options. He even compared a flight cost to my driving cost and got me the best options on flights. He constantly updated me and enouraged me that we could get this change in itinerary done - ad He DID! He is a very competent and likeable agent.

i spoke with sarah rivera and she was very helpful in addressing concerns i wasn't even going to bring up because i didn't want to be a nuisance. She also helped with my seating because i'm disabled and have trouble walking.

I was so glad when Brian the Agent that assisted me with the changes that occurred on the original flight with Alaska Airlines. He had great suggestions on getting an even cheaper flight with United Airlines. He really made my day! It’s people like Brian who goes the extra mile to satisfy customers like me. He is a great asset to your company! God bless You Brian and Thank You for your services… Mrs. Lamepa Mae Lautalo
