Getting boarding passes sent to my email was very easy. Richard was very kind and helpful! I did really appreciate the follow-up call to make sure I received the email with the boarding passes!

The customer service of Sarah Rivera is outstanding! She was so helpful with booking my round-trip flight to Orlando, making the process very smooth. Even when I had to cancel the trip unexpectedly due to contracting covid, Sarah assisted me with cancelling my return flight quickly and receiving a flight credit. Another Agent was not very helpful with cancelling the flight out and brushed me off. I wish I had talked to Sarah for that cancellation (was too sick), as she would have handled everything for me. Sarah deserves a pay raise and recognition for her excellent customer service and professional experience that she provides.

Neal Jones was an amazing help in booking our tickets to Boston from LAX. He was extremely helpful , courteous and knowledgeable about the process of booking a ticket and more importantly the rules and regulations of the fare classes. He also was so patient during this process…. It was such a pleasure doing business with him. Thank You Neal Jones!!

Davis provided excellent customer service. I was apprehensive about using a third-party vendor, but he allayed my concerns and did an excellent job. His communication was above most service standards in the market today! Great job David!

Sarah Riveria was my agent and worked with me and my family to accommodate our needs. She really was a person who works with compassion, professional, patience and composer She worked with me and was very active finding tickets for all of us and I was able to reach her when one of my family member's became ill. She helped me with options regarding my ticket; I will definitely use her again and recommend you reach out to her or ask for her specfically.
