biggest scam on the internet. advertised price was 100 dollars less than actual price. They blame the airlines and say they have no control over the price that they display on their website. During my hour-long phone call that displayed price never changed. Ended up paying them a $60 fee for them to book for me at American's site. What a waste. Lesson learned. Don't ever use these scumbags.

I had a bit of trouble completing the reservation I made online, so after waiting a bit I called customer service, i was so fortunate too. I was connected to David Briggs. A true asset to your company. I had an issue booking one of my flights and we had to adjust somethings to make it work. He knew exactly what to do. He was a delight to speak with, pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. He booked my new flights and sent me a confirmation, promising me a call back as it was almost midnight and the end of his shift. I agreed and thought....I'll never hear from him again. I was so wrong. He called and booked my seats and sent me confirming emails. He was there EVERY STEP of the way. He even offered to call me to tell me how to check in...I told him I already knew how to and thanked him for all his help. He is a great example for associates in customer service positions...!!! Consider yourself luck to have him.

I booked an airline ticket through Cheapskydeal expecting a smooth process, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. The ticket price shown during booking was not the final amount charged — hidden fees appeared after payment it appears on their website that you can pay for your seats which I did. I found out your seat is not confirmed. I spoke to a person with a heavy accent to express my frustration and was told you will get your seat assigned by the airline. The agent said that he apologizes, for the misprint and will contact their IT department to remove the seat selection it is still there so basically, I was robbed for a $105 by this company. I understand that unexpected changes can happen, but transparency and timely communication are essential. Unfortunately, Cheapskydeal failed on both fronts. I will not be booking through them again and would ADVISE OTHERS to double-check all details before purchasing a ticket through this company BUYER BEWARE.

CheapSkyDeal is a complete scam. They advertise fake low prices online just to get your attention, then keep the booking “pending” and force you to call them. Once you call, suddenly the ticket price becomes much higher. Very misleading and dishonest business practices. Customer service was unhelpful and felt like a bait-and-switch operation. Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. They were extremely helpful with my flight and made the whole process much less stressful. They saved me a lot of headaches, time, and money by helping sort everything out quickly and clearly. Really appreciate the patience and professionalism — couldn’t have asked for a better experience this dude is the man!
