I ordered a pendent for my future daughter-in-laws graduation from this company and it came out absolutely perfect! She adores it. This company was fast at designing, creating and shipping the pendent. My favorite part was receiving the preview email of how it would look. I will definitely be ordering again from charmly!

I was not super excited about my first design. I explained my concerns and they were AMAZING and understood and helped me design something completely different that I absolutely love!

I absolutely love my piece. It turned out fantastic. I get so many complements on the uniqueness and once I tell them it is my husband and my name, they're so amazed. I'm telling everyone I know; they should get one made for themselves.

I was grateful that I was able to see the charm before completing the purchase. They were very accommodating and changing to a charm I would prefer. When it didn’t work out, I was refunded with no difficulty. The one I did order I love and I will happily keep it with me.

This is such a special piece to me . I have a very special persons name with me always . Lots of communication thru the whole process. Necklace arrived it’s just beautiful . What a great idea

Communication between myself and customer service was amazing. Response was quick and friendly. The pendant was exactly what I asked and even when the sample was sent and I had a few questions regarding design, Amanda worked with me to get exactly what I needed.

The necklace they designed turned out really pretty and I wear it daily.

Love love love love! They did an amazing job designing my custom necklace. Also amazing customer service. Elisa designed my pendant and I could not be happier. Highly suggest buying a custom pendant.
